  • incredible song, incredible album

  • I like reading these comments, all so peaceful and friendly. John Lennon's words "give peace a chance" are lived even here through a youtube video ^.^

  • Depressing? DEPRESSING? Who are you, Beaver Cleaver from the perfect world? 2/3 of the humans on this planet could relate to this song in one way or another. This is sheer beauty.

  • @RojotheRed Sorry for your loss. Shes not really Dead. We go back to a very special place when you and I die. Its not in the sky, its here you just can't see it. I've met my grandfather, grandmother and Father in dreams. Know one can convince me they were just dreams.

  • @222Lightning Youve reached-out in space and have given me a small bit of healing. Bless you

  • Goodbye... good byyyye.....

  • oh me oh my

    come home......

  • Is that how julian felt?

  • @broodyart It's not really the same situation. John wasn't around for Julian growing up and then left Cynthia for Yoko and didn't really see Julian again, which is pretty bad.

But John's mother had an affair and his parents asked John to choose between them when he was 4. He first chose his father, but couldn't bare seeing his mother walk away and ran after her, only to be given to his aunt Mimi and rarely see Julia before she died when John was 17.

The lyrics of this song make so much sense.

  • is the most beatiful and sad song of the history

  • This song breaks my heart and if you want to know why John had so much anger, just look at his childhood. His father and mother did not want him and his art was used as a form of therapy on this album. It is like reading his diary!

  • @musicfreak405 True, he really poured his soul to this album, although it maybe wasn´t as hard with his mother as you say. It´s only a pity that he did similar thing to his first son, being apart of him for many years (partly because of Yoko)...

  • AWESOME TRACK FROM A AWESOME SONGWRITER RIP JOHN LENNON YOU WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEATLES I AM A BEATLE

  • yes

  • @rossco993 hell yes
