  • Im wondering, if you eat a diet of 1500calories, does it matter where they come from? well ofcourse im not talking about eating one kfc and thats it be skinny bla bla..

    But does it matter if you were to eat 6-8times over the day, if it is fruit (carbs), oats, or chicken.. what difference will it make if you ate more fruit (carbs) then chicken,protein shakes or stuff like that?

  • i never have problems with late night munchies....but i DO have a realllllyyyyyy bad problem with munchies the second i get home from work while prepping dinner (even though i have a nice afternoon snack at work).....any suggestions to keep me from munching at that time?

  • I love a good peeled orange with a smidgen of lowfat peanut butter smeared on each wedge. 1/4 teaspoon at the most is all you need and it is that creamy sweetness that replaces chocolate for me when I'm craving it so badly

  • Anything sugar free is horrible for you.. It's loaded with chemicals and it will hold onto your fat cells.. Diet coke is horrible for you.. Check the ingredients.. If you cannot pronounce them, or you have no idea what they are, you have no business eating them.. Sorry girls, those snacks are not good ones..

  • I do the broth also! Lost 45 lbs watching calories. I use Almond Breeze unsweetned 35 calories instead of skim milk.

  • Mattie, have you tried Diet Rite cola (made by the RC company) ? It comes in several flavor, from cola to cherry cola to tangrine. It has zero caffeine, zero sodium, zero carbs/calories, and is sweetened with splenda (not aspartame). It is really yummy and gets me over the cravings for sweet things. Thank you for all you do!

  • I'm so glad I stumbled across your channel! You have no idea how much I've been struggling with food lately. I am a dedicated runner--- but, I loooove to eat. Especially at night. I'm working on that. Thanks for such a great video. Ohhh-- haha. She likes to bite the teddy grahams heads off. Too funny. I've done that since I was a kid. :)

  • I was gettin those late night spicy attacks so I had some popcorn kernels in the pantry but no air popper. but I did find those mini paper bags and I just put some of the kernels in there, sealed it up by folding it a couple of times and popped it in the microwave hoping it wouldn't burn... Wow! it came out perfect. And of course dipped it with serracha sauce.

  • @aliciaqin1 diet coke is my go to absolutely.....it keeps me feeling full from 9 to 12 at nght.

  • definitely popcorn, i like the kettle corn because its sweet AND salty, and they come in those 100 calorie packs for easy portioning. love your videos mattie!

  • I pop popcorn in the air popper. While it is flying out of the popper into the bowl, I spray it with oil spray like Pam (just to moisten it so the salt will stick) and sprinkle with No-Salt (or regular salt). This really works well when I need a salty, crunchy something.

  • Love the apple and cheese idea when I want something crunchy and sweet! I always go to the vegetable bouillion cubes too when I'm watching tv. I put it in a HUGE bowl and sip it with a small spoon and somehow it makes me feel sooo full. And after late night outings I ALWAYS get a craving for spicy things so I munch on cucumbers with some of that serracha sauce.
