The King of Fighters 96 soundtrack for the Sega Saturn had a remix for the Psycho Soldier Team that feature vocals. It's one of my favorite songs from the series.

I always assumed it was in Japanese, but after hearing this, It might just be English with a really bad accent.

When I used to play this in a corner shop in the mid 80s they had the Japanese version.
