Thanks Barbarossaaa for sharing this interview. I've heard Mr. Baurerlein on other talk radio programs and have to say your interview was equally as good if not better than the professionals.

I think the Mr. Baurelein only focuses on the negatives of todays technology. One advantage I forsee the younger generation having over previous generations is the impressive social contacts they have accumulated in their social networks giving them an edge in job searchs, sale leads, etc.

I agree with this guy, by the way. I do not allow students to use cell phones in any of my classes. When they complain, I tell them to pretend that its 1995.

According to John Taylor Gatto, public schools are nothing but indoctrination centers- so when you say it's "your class", what you really mean to say is that it's the Federal governments class.

And you're paid to make sure that "their" students are properly dumbed down!
