Thanks soo much for this video. My tennis elbow has been bothering me for almost a month. I massaged as you described, I could feel the tendons all knotted up and tangled while massaging. After about 7 minutes with good pressure. It feels great. The constant throbbing is gone. Thanks a million. Awesome!!!!
please reply. i have swelling on my elbow but it more towards the point of it. its in that area that is still apart of my forearm (meaning when i bend it stay parallel to that part of my arm). its making it so that i can fully extend my elbow and it hurts whenever i try. i first noticed it swelled up a few months ago when i went bowling. any idea on what it is?
@prettymel66 As you might imagine it is pretty hard for me to give you advice without assessing your specific problem. Tendons and ligaments can take a long time to heal. Healing is noted up to a year after an injury. You may want to talk to your Doctor about receiving a shot. We will be posting a video on phonophoresis in the next week or two. We often use phonophoresis or iontophoresis on tennis elbow. Good Luck.
hi, i had been following the gentle massage exercise for 2 weeks now. The pain has lessen but is still there. All in, I had tennis elbow for 2 months now.
Can u tell me, how long does it takes to heal by itself? Thks.

@bloobloo it could be an elbow bursitis in which case you may want to have a Doctor drain the fluid from it.
