Okay. Tech definitely deserves his accolades. But not just because KRS gives him props... He has been working hard at what he is for a long time and doesn't do things just because he is told, he does what he wants, which isn't just chasing $ (unlike most other rappers who win 'awards').

But does he battle much? (I know he is usually busy touring and does alot of collaberations. He is great but not widely recognised where I live, everyone here thinks Eminem is the best, not me though)

I don't think he's chasing money either, I'm amazed he does 150 shows a year, as far as show-for-show he is definitely above other performers. I guess it is because I'm not so fast, I have to listen to his stuff more than once (and I still haven't gotten everything from Absolute Power, one of the best albums ever, still on rotation in my collection).

I think Tech N9ne is the greatest crossover artist. (meaning he has crossed from rap over to hardcore/heavy metal, not pop, unlike Eminem/Jay-Z)
