For those who are not sure about faye's age, she is actually in her late thirties now. Claire was/is the youngest out of all of the members. Faye has always been my favourite for her beautiful looks and her personality. I have to say that faye was second best to claire when it comes to comparing voices, just listen to faye's powerful voice when she sings the opening lines to "Better Best Forgotten" for example.

@DJPaulgee1 36 last November to be precise. LEE was the ELDEST,followed by Faye and LISA,then IAN. CLAIRE was the youngest by a couple of years. Yes-FAYE is a stunner. And quite UNDERSTATED with it too. She was the most WELL-SPOKEN too

Oh I wish everyone would stop going on and on about who's fault it was, who fell out with who, who was the bitch blah blah.

It seems from this interview that *they* can view the past with wisdom and maturity. Things went wrong, and might have been done differently, but they openly acknowledge this, and discuss it with honesty and good humour.

I think they all look stunning - they've aged so well. Their new performances of their hits are 1st rate and a total treat for old fans!

Glad that Steps & Take That are not ending up like Spice Girls.

Groups have pretty good potentials if they have the right management and balanced planning that can help each member further their solo careers as well. Girls Aloud is a good example of that today. Glad more Groups are coming back today and not just Take That.

Faye and claire have made up and its clear. Faye seems to be a nice person whos learnt from her mistakes.

But lisa and claire have not made up at all, hence why they are not sitting next to each other. Thats no coincidence :D

@womblewandering Faye didn't make any mistakes. It was purely H and Claire who messed up when they broke the group up. Faye is my favourite and yes she is a nice person, very nice. I think Lisa will eventually make up with Claire. If you watched the first episode of the docu, lisa said that after H and Claire handed in thier notices, it was her, faye and lee who were the most upset.

And is not just LINES/WFRINKLES alone that determine ones age-if you look CLOSELY at CLAIRE'S face you can see ALL the CONTOURS> FAYE works out so is and WAS the physically FITTEST and slimmest,so obviously it makes her face more TAUT. CLAIRE'S facial STRUCTURE,HAIRSTYLES/HAIRCUTS and generally MATURE style ALWAYS made her look the OLDEST

@Reggie I don't know where you live but women in their forties sound pretty rough. I don't expect anyone to lose contours or get wrinkles until late forties or early fifties. Unless there are external factors

To me Faye looks early forties, Claire looks mid to late thirties and Lisa looks early to mid forties

The adage is as you age you can keep the face or body she has gone for body- Let it go

You re right that LISA lookss OLDER than FAYE-even her patetic TWEENAGE style from days of old couldnt disguise the fact. Im related to a LOT of EARLY FORTIES women and they look FAR older than FAYE. At a glance I would still say CLAIRE-even Ian Watkins thought she was 29 or 30 at the auditions for the Band

I actually think Faye looks the best out of the women and possibly out of the group. But to me she looks early forties , based on women who are early forties and nothing will change that.

@RacyReggie To my ear Lisa can just about sing in tune, but does not have a good voice at all. She was lucky to be in Steps. If anyone was denied to shine it was Faye.

I thought she was underused and probably would have fared better as a solo artist -instead of being in the shadow of H and Claire.

Claire is a great singer I cannot deny that, but H is not that good . His relationship with the boss and personality propelled him further than his actual or true ability.

LEE was the HEARTTHROB that was probably picked to keep their teenage female fans content. I predicted that CLAIRE wouldnt hold on to the same appeal as a SOLO artist. LISA's subsequent efforts just PROVED how FAME-HUNGRY she was

I felt sorry for Claire in the first episode of their reunion series, she got painted as such a villainess who purposely ruined the band when in reality you could see she had issues going on with her weight and the fame thing so they should give her some slack and at the end of the day she and H did fulfill their obligations first and finished the tour and all other promotional activities for their greatest hits.

It was poor claire who stayed in that room just after those letters were handed out to take all the flack from the others, while H decided to do a runner....fucking whimp. The only thing I have against H and Claire is the bad timing on handing in thier notices, 3 days before xmas and spliiting on boxing day. They should have waited a few days later and they should have also given the other guys more notice, like a month at least.

Claire seems like a genuinely nice person. A girl who likes to stay home instead of going out is usually a kind hearted. I dont like the way lisa is acting thouhg, as if she herself had nothing to do with the tensions.

Sure, claire and h may have left first but maybe lisa should think about her own attitude during that time too and the way she treated claire.

Faye is a nice person too and willing to forget everything. Lisas more cold.
