Would you recommend this phone over the hero? In other words, does it lag?????????

@JeyGantDTA I'm not going to lie. As much as I LOVE this phone (coming from the Samsung Instinct) it does lag sometimes but, there is a program that helps it not lag so much. & most of the lag is created from having TOO many apps open. Close them & the phone runs very smoothly.

You can easily fix the giggling of the battery cover by simply placing a few small pieces of tape on top of each other on the battery itself. It's a quick, easy, and cheap fix that will not affect the phone in any way.  There is actually a youtube video demo for it, just go here... 'BlackBerry Tour Battery Cover Fix / Workaround'. Hope this helps!

Thanks. Well, it depends on how you want to download videos. If you're talking about transferring videos from your computer to the phone, I can tell you how to do that. & if you're talking about using the phone's internet to download videos, I really couldn't tell you. You probably need a certain program. I know Opera Mini could probably help in doing that.

It SORT of has threading. I've had a phone with threading before & they put ALL text between you & person under their name. With the BB tour, it doesn't put all the messages under one name, but, each individual text will show a couple of previous texts under it, it's weird With the new software update, true threaded SMSing is supposed to be added.

is the text messaging threaded? i saw jasmine say kersin after sumthn that said cousin, and then something after that that said u had vacation or sumthn. around 2:57.

does it show your convo like a chat? or ..like.. idk. did u set it up that way? kuz i didnt see a text box under the messages.

if it is a threaded format, does the text box pop up under the messages, or does a diff window open and show the "contact: message: " box for u to type ur text?
