They are also known as wild carrots i believe but i don't know if they are edible roots. As kids we used to lick them and put them in glasses of colored water and next morning the queen ann's lace was the color of the water it drank...i love them
Nancy, i was wondering id the root was edible..i have no idea if thr flowers are edible!! we picked them and put them in colored water just to make colorful boquets...please don't eat the flowers or any part of that plant wihtout checking it out...PLEASE!
I know that angelica looks like it, or something looks like it and is deadly posionous, so I'd never taste or lick any of those wild carrot family plants, myself.
Did you know that anthrophobia is fear of flowers?

Thank you, you're making me want to go for a walk.

I would rather walk near your home than walk around my area where I see house after house, I love to see trees and flowers than houses and people.

See, I'd rather walk through the woods than along the road. Always rising level of satisfaction, eh!

I never knew that! I'll have to try that with a can of beet juice! That should do wonders!
