We are in London buy this bread from restaurants Iraqi or Yemeni restaurants, a delicious we do not find in restaurants like Lebanese or Moroccan do not know why?
They call with Arab bread, but we find it only in restaurants, Iraqi and Yemeni restaurants and at times in Indian restaurants
It is healthy, all bacteria die at 80 degree but bread is baked over 500 degrees. People have been baking this bread over 7000 years in Iran according to archeologically evidences.
I'm actually eating this right now with some kabab., and I bought it at my friend's Iraqi market. It really is good bread, the best imo. Very soft, fluffy, and great tasting. So easy to roll up a sandwich in this too. My favorite is the whole wheat kind, so today I bought two bags of that and one bag of the white kind shown in this video.
also there is bread i tasted in when i was there it is kind thik and small round but it is so good with silta and fahsa so tasty i miss it evn this bread i did eat with sea food along with the cheese and the hot peper sooo good
This is the Yemenite way to make bread - how exactly is this Iraqi?? Either that or the guy that posted this clip is new to YouTube and his subconscious probably typed in Iraq whilst listening to the news in the background.
@haimaphil you are 100% right in north of pakistan and in east of afghanistan it call tanor and in countryside its the only way they cook the bread .when the same thing was taken to punjab india it be come tandoor and so on borders are new thing but khoboz nan roti are very old.
Hi I am from Juban Yemen. The Iraqi, Iranian, Moroccan, Jordanian and Yemeni People use this bread. And I am not new to youtube. Thanks for the comment.
This bead is actually Iranian and is called Taftoon (Saji). It is one of the oldest Iranian breads because it is easy to bake over a metal pan (Saj). This bread was mainly cooked by the tribes that were always on move and did not have the time to build ovens.
