Why they telling you three times the next station and to hold on?

On the platform and then this on the ride:

"The next station is Concourse B ... Concourse B as in bravo!"

I mean, there there is no man/woman such stupid to fail hear two times the A,B,C ... or what ever, and if so, there are displays ...!

And to hold on is quite usual in public transportations, or isn't it ?!?

The train in Dallas Fort Worth Airport are much cooler. When I go to DFW in the summer, I will film those trains.
