The four engines are all slightly different, though, so some engines run slightly faster or slower than others, not enough to make any significant difference in thrust. However, because the props are rotating, the camera exaggerates any difference in speed because of camera recording speed.
I wonder why they had the right inboard engine working faster on the B-17?
