It's safe to say that you're an idiot! He was a child rapist w/ extensive criminal history and a propensity towards violence. So quick to always assume the Police are corrupt or have wavering integrity (perhaps none at all). If a suspect fails to heed my verbal commands and I know him to be connected to 4 execution type slayings (cops or average civilians), rest assured that I will fire until the threat is fully neutralized.
