Brilliant!! Thank you for posting this 1978-79 dance classic from the excellent soundtrack to the movie "The Bitch" - great song. The original demo says 1979, but I think this was released 1978 - was it released in the U.K., or re-released? Of course every fan knows this is not the original 69s "lineup," but I really enjoy this song and thank you for posting one of many (Save the Last Dance for Me) such Drifters' dancers. Happy New Year!! DAVEDJ
yes it does it drives me mad because it's a really good song, this new bunch do it. Sure its Clyde Brown, wish someone would tell us. Come on Clyde was it you?
This is great record, it featured in the 1979 movie The Bitch, it was originally issued in 1979 on Epic Records (S EPC 7806) it has been recently been re issued, i mn lucky to own on originaldemo copy from 79
Where can i download this song from? im painstakingly trying to compile tracks from the stud and the bitch!! its not easy, i have about 20 tracks in total! please help :D
Hi - They followed "More Than A Number". Roger Greenaway tried to keep the hits coming with around 4 more songs (7" singles) and this was one of them (Around 1978). Due to the sell out of arista records they failed to chart.

After doing a little research I found that "Pour Your Little Heart Out" was performed by the Drifters in a 1979 movie
"The Bitch" so it's not new. Maybe it's a
re-release.
