  • Idk much about them but its cool to see them when you live in the city

  • "Oh they are an Eyesore" <<==== Might be, but you'll NEVERRRRRRRRR have to worry about Radioactive Waste, nor a 3 mile island style catastrophic failure. ...

  • Wouldnt say they are ugly but dont see how they produce enough energy! im of the group who dont think globel warming is a concern

  • They are so horrific looking, and wind power is absolutely useless.

This isn't about environment, it's about big businesses making money.

  • If you are still Human and can still See, these Robots are the most destructive eyesores taking over the landscape. Stop the red eyed blinking death machines now!!

  • @acavideo I do not agree that turbines are evil, but I do agree that reducing energy demand is a MUST...totally

  • Google "abandoned wind farms" for a real eye opener.

  • LIES. No emissions. Did the steel smelt itself? How about the servicing of the equipment? How about the shipping of the equipment? How about it's replacement and maintenance> Who's going to pay to remove these rusting monstrosities when they break in a decade? Also note how these are being imported. UGLY monstrosities. Give me a single nuclear plant any day.

  • @javaskull You're an idiot.

  • Wind is currently the fastest growing energy source worldwide. In 2005, wind accounted for 1% of the total electricity production in the world. The United States was third in utilization of wind energy. According to the Department of Energy, offshore wind farms could provide enough energy to power the entire nation. Transformer company, Pacific Crest Transformers specializes in liquid-filled distribution transformers for the wind energy sector.

  • I can understand when people complain about a painting being ugly, but... Windmills.. They were never meant to be works of art. That's not their purpose!

    Some people.. Jeez!

  • everybody know the government is building these to slow the earth from rotating so fast so they can make more money in a day, when you're not watching they turn these fans on that blow about 120 mph wind

  • A wind farm is a hell of a lot more attractive than an oil field or a coal mine.

  • those things look so awesome!!!...How can people say they look like shit...It's an amazing scene

  • Wind farms are one of the most beautiful things on the horizon

  • Wind Turbines are great. I think the next step should be find synergy between conventional sources of energy and clean energy to maintain a reliable power supply while reducing environmental impact.
