Central banks will keep buying gold until the fair value of gold goes to $US 10000. (Gold money index = foreign currency reserves divided by central bank gold reserves.) Central banks have not much gold today...
Regarding info for your Blog. Jim Sinclair was on the Ellis Martin 1-30-2012 and talked about 5 major US banks going under possibly this week having something to do with Greece. How about top five US bank stocks. My guess is they will be bailed out with Big Bucks, this should send the metals even higher. If they are not bailed out this could be a big problem for banking. I LOVE ROTS too! Bought my first one in 1979 for $600.00. He was German, I used to get so insulted when people would ask me if he was a Pit bull... Our Angel is a female I rescued a few years ago, she was beaten, starved, isolated in a basement for months. I finally told the guy I was gonna take her out for a walk and we just kept on going. He knew he'de need to beat bullets if he wanted her back. She is amazing with our baby although her spirit is permanetly broken but we love her to death.
Most people don't even know where to buy bullion. They try the jewelery store, look at some rings and balk at the price. A few might visit the mints online and hum and haw. It's a big decision to put that hard earned cash on a little widget of metal. Most people are scared to make that first purchase. Stacking silver is a good entry. Tuck some away for relatives, they can owe you later. Better, take them along when you visit the dealer. That's how my buddy got in. I showed him how I bought it.

My grandfather took my brother and I into the Bank of Nova Scotia in the spring of 1979 and we took all our money and bought 3 oz of Gold.
He then took us in the the same bank in early Dec 1979 and sold it at a huge gain, he was a bullion millionaire, always smuggling gold in from South Africa in the 70's to Canada.

And got one of their 1/10th ounce gold dragons for $229 just to see it. It's about $30 over what you'd pay for a bullion tenth, but they only made 38000 and it's nice looking, if tiny. Big, fat cubes of the metal are better.
Actually I'm only interested in Silver Bullion Maple Leafs at the lowest possible over spot, I found a guy in Ottawa that use to be a manager at the mint and he gets me deals around $3 over spot on a monster box in my hands.
My grandfather told me collecting coins is if you love coins which he did, but for investments to protect your wealth, the old fashion bars are the best bang for your fake dollar you can get.

Something that alot of people dont take note of with their dollars is how they stack up against other currencys... maybe a link to see the US dollar against the others? Its takin a smashing against Aussie dollars over the last year, i know that... Maybe currency swaps ect?
Oh by the way.If you want to lose weight the best thing to do is weight training. Muscle burns more energy. Just do it twice a week. Also Have museli or alpen for breakfast, try it with a handful of almond nuts. Nuts contain the right type of fat our bodies need. Try this for a couple for weeks..
@sidkings A man after my own heart!!! I politely suggested that he throw in some pushups (press ups?) For just that reason. Some folks dont have access or time for weights, so i advise body weight resistance for staters till they get 'the bug" :).
I'd say three times for a full body workout, just me. Oh, and always eat more "whole foods" too!! If its processed its usually crap. If you gotta have it, so be it, but avoid whenever u can.
