It was released on the special Best Buy version of Every Second Counts. As far as I know, that's the only place it available I've looked for it in a few places and I wasn't able to find it which is lame cause I really like it.

@Vladan88 as I far I know there is no aklbum with song, i heard it on acoustic alternative radio und recorded it...

Ich kenne die richtige Version zwar nicht, doch die akustische ist für mich jetzt schon die bessere! ;)

Akustisches ist meistens besser..

Manchmal bin ich extrem schockiert, wenn ich mir die Originalversionen anhöre, weil die - im Vergleich zu den Akustischen - soo schlecht sind. :D
