nice bike bro! i got an 08 for my1st bike too i love it!. the guys asking is it ok for a 1st bike.i say yeah great for a 1st bike, just take it easy and dont ride like an idiot and you`l be fine.. there`s a time and a place to get a little bit adventurous, just make sure you know where and when that is haha nice bike tho mate. you should sign up on 600rr.net its a bike forum anything you need to know about a 600rr you`ll get an answer within the hour, great site with lots of knowledgable people

@speeder741 this is my first but i've tried many other 600's like the Hornet, the Gixxer etc and even 4 R1's from different years. So..i'm tall too, i'm 1.84m(not a giant but taller than most people i know) and i fit perfectly on the bike. I tried to drive with a friend behind(she's 1.78) and we felt very comfortable so there's enough space.

About the riding..yes it's easy! I started leaning it very soon, never tried it, and even my dad who rides bikes since ages says it's prefectly balanced!

@speeder741 oh i forgot..out of the 600's this is the "bigger" one..Gixxer is like a toy, too small for me, R6 is short and it's too high for most people. Never jumped on a Ninja but that should have good space too even though the latest models are smaller.

I went with Honda because it's the best one to ride, really easy but this doesn't mean you won't be satisfied..it means that even a beginner like me felt the bike so much that i started doing very hard leans after two weeks of use :)

Don't be afraid to rev that thing out! :-) That engine can take any abuse you can dish out. Ride safe and keep that machine flawless.

@casmitherz thanks buddy! the problem is there was a very young baby in the house near mine and didn't want to scare him too much. i'll do a proper rev video when i'll install the new exhaust, either Mivv Suono or Devil Rocket.

the red looks awesome! i always wanted a cbr but i kinda impulse bought my kawa xD yours looks really clean man, are you thinking about getting an exhaust system or anything?some red wheel tape would look sexy on that :) ride safe!

@Arsen1c42 the Kawa is probably the only other 600cc i'd buy and yours looks awesome :D yep it's clean indeed both on the look and the dirt since we clean it with a special wax that prevents it to get dirty again

anyway yes i'm planning to get both a new exhaust(Mivv Suono, the loudest italian exhaust out there for the CBR) and the red tape! plus i'm searching for the red plastic parts to replace the grey ones and match it to the american version, it'll look great!

@Arsen1c42 yep i've also found some american stores that ships to Italy, i just need to find the exact same red as my CBR for the rim tape and i'll order it tomorrow i think!

still, where i live i can go both to the sea and to some really great mountains with amazing sceneries. search "lago di molveno" on Google images, that's what i'm talking about :D
