@Wouter112 That particular engine (E203) is only staffed by an engineer. When a call comes in for Light Force 3, like in the video, the fifth FF from T3 rides in E203 so that's why you see 2 FFs in the engine. E203 always responds with T3.
@funbob41 A Task Force is a 3 piece company in this case (Engine 3, Truck 3 and Engine 203) When the "Light Force" Responds It's just Truck 3 and Engine 203. These two pieces of apparatus are always married together for the most part. The city will sometimes break them up when there are major brush fires and things going on in the area.

Yes it sounds confusing but it's very easy once you get the hang of it
