  • banner fish eat coral?

  • HOW MUCH IS THE TOTAL COST!!?

  • @varmman not too sure . but i am pretty sure it is more then $15000 .

Sources : I am a marine fish keeper myself .

  • Awsome

  • Its Superb! I always wonder how do you maintain such a huge tank tough ? Cleaning it must be a very difficult job...

  • Your fish sure like the spotlight!

  • You have a very nice display. You did a good job making caves in the rocks too.

  • Forget the fish for a second. Where do you even find 750 gallons of water??

  • what do you feed the soft coral?

  • @HiWay69s For leathers, and most of my corals actually, I like Kent Marine phytoplex. It comes in a 16oz bottle that lasts a while. I've bought other foods that come in tiny bottles for a lot of money and they don't seem any better. Also, because it doesn't require refrigeration, you can order it cheaply online. I don't sell food at my web store but if I did, I'd carry Kent Marine foods.---Joe

  • inch think acrylic? abotu how much did just the tank cost you?

  • Haha, either rich or really really poor.

  • you must be rich

  • That is amazing :) I don't what to think how much that costs;)

  • Absolutely STUNNING!

  • fisheh fisheh

  • its good, but with my help it could be the best.

  • U are having problem with red algae in this tank right?

  • Awesome Tank But how can you hear yourself think?

  • I love how there's 30 fish on one side and then when you pan over to the other side there's just one. He must be the outcast.

  • your tank is free standing? thats so cool =]

  • I hate how people put down saltwater tanks because of the price, i mean im only 15 and i have a 10 gallon nano reef 2 55's , but hopefully my dad will buy a 250gallon or bigger and ill have the pleasure of seting it up , but i have to say saltwater isnt cheep , like my 10g cost over 400 and it was a cheap tank..

  • i thought the black and white butterflies were not reef safe

  • Man, would I love to talk to you. I have a 745-gallon tank, but not nearly as sweet as your aquarium! I have a really obnoxious Emperor Angelfish as well as a Vlamingi Tang, and they do not like coral in the tank. About the only thing the Emperor won't touch is green mushrooms that almost glow in the dark. Must be bitter . . . he tried them once and shook his head side to side like he couldn't get the bad taste out.

  • @14aardvark see if you can find a new home for the angel. reefs and angels sadly never get along. :(

  • im sorryi dont get soft coral tanks i dont find them vary apeeling i had only soft corals for about a month then got tired of it in my opinion sps is the way to go every one likes something different though thumbs up if u agree

  • Very Loud!!

  • hi i must say grt tank u have got..everything seems to look grt....kindly can u tell me plz whats urs dimension of urs tank...

  • @sharpiesreef

I'm not at all saying it's cheap, I just hate to see people being discouraged because of the price.

  • Hello, I have a Coralife Compact Fluorescent True Actinic Blue Light Straight Pin Base Bulb and I don't know how to take it off because I'm buying a Regular Fluorescent Bulb to replace it. It's a CF 65W True Actinic. Sorry, I don't know that much about changing these kinds of bulbs that are connected by wires instead. Please Help ASAP! Thank You.

  • comparing size your tank could get pregnant with my tank

  • @inon69 that's not all true. It just depends on how big it is. I have a 14 gallon nano reef that with fish/coral/rock/equipment/etc. Cost 200-300. Even still thats over the course of 3 months, and I've bought some stuff that's really expensive. You could get a 125 gallon (my next tank) for as little as 1000. Just depends on what you buy. That being said I'ma spend round about 4000 just cuz I want the very best. And just curious how big is ur freshwater and how much does it cost?

  • @boogerman087 you have to say though that start up in general cost a lot. a strong light and protein skimmer on a 20gal could run you a good 200 at the least, unless you buy used. RODI units are usually 120 for at least a decent one and a nice lab grade spectra pure would run you 280-400. so right off the bat without the light, powerheads, LR, LS, or even the livestock, you've already run up 320 on the minimum. Now, when you've kept tanks before and have extras, thats when setup is cheaper.

  • @boogerman087 I wasn't even able to do my 120 for under 1500 and I had full backing of a local club. My tank and sump were only 200$ together but raw material for stands, wiring a dedicated circuit for the tank, filling it, stocking it, and paying for equipment and upkeep. There is no way it will be cheap.

a 29 done right should cost about 750 if buying BNIB.

  • yeah thats about 6000 gallons of water.

  • Look there is Dorey!

  • Amazing.. is the only word i could say.

If i had the money for these salt water aquariums i would do one but i hear they cost well over 5,000 Dollers.

i will stick with freshwaters untill im older.

  • wow that tank is great

    !

  • wow that's loud, beauty comes with a noise price i guess haha Iove your coral layout lots of space, great tank.

  • sweet tank bro :)

  • WOW its like a piece of the ocean was cut out and put in your tank LOVE IT

  • I WAS DORI O_o

  • i have hi nitrates what do i do artificall corral and real fish LOL i need help

  • @xaustinx14 what type of lighting do u have i would just wait till ur nitrates drop then get real coral

  • sexi

  • I love how all the fish follow you haha

  • @myangel833 there begging for food not following him

  • @myangel833 there like "food food food food" =)

  • just wonderful, congratulations, i just added a queen anthias to my tank but he or she is not eating frozen food, I'll try live brine shrimp tomorrow, any tips?

I was told the anthias was eating at the fish store

  • @alexandercaicedo

Feed them frozen prawn eggs!!!! check my video and you can see how my purple queens love it

  • @Reefer831 thank you so much for the tip but my anthias died from starvation , i tried live monkey shirmp but he was just ignoring everyting

beautiful video ( the anthias tank) ,thank you for sharing

  • @sdaftermath123 the "rules" of reef play are quite different when one owns a 750 gallon tank

  • i might be seeing wrong but it looks like you have 2 dwarf angel fish in there. looks like a coral beauty, and maybe a flame angel fish, but how did you get that to work? your not supposed to have more then one angel fish in your tank

  • the fish like to follow the camara...

  • but why is it so loud?

  • the orange shoulder tang is content not being with the in crowd 0:59

  • @dca22anderson Would you please tell me how much it cost you approximately to purchase all of the neccesities to have such a wonderful tank? I am hoping to one day have one possibly this large.

  • @grahamyodude that whole thing probably cost up to ten thousand dollars with all the rock, coral, fish and filtration. the tank itself is probably 600

  • FUCKING BEAUTIFULL!!!! well done!!!

  • How about a water change? How many bags of salt you need each time you change the water?

  • HEY , I NEED HELP I HAVE A 120 GAL. IM TRIYING TO SET IT UP , BUT I LIVE IN A BUILDING IN THE 10th floor , AND HONESTLY I DONR KNOW IF IS TO MUCH WEIGHT , AND I DONT WANT THE FLOOR TO CRACK AND BRING THE TANK DOWN TO THE 9th floor. THE BUILDING IS BASICLY NEW , IT WAS BUILD IN 2001 . THNAX !

  • @supercaite that's something you would ask your manager about.

  • Gorgeous! Perfect!!! Is it loud? You probably answered this already, but what kind of filter?

  • Finally, a tank size, which seems to suit the fish.

    Cheers!

  • love your tank must be expensive to run. how much is a water change per month

  • would anyone please tell me if this tank is a glass tank or acrylic? thanks in advance

  • damn i'm more interested in how much you've invested into this huge tank?

  • looks like we got to find nemo

  • lol I think you need to feed them before you film, they are following you saying "fooooood"

  • great!

  • words cant not explain very very nice

  • beautiful.

  • nice 10000 dollar plus setup no flaming it is nice

  • Holy shit, they're following the camera.

  • that is truly just amazing i can not even believe there could e a reef tank so awesome

  • that is incredible... this is an amazing set you have... I have a 55 gallon now, some day i'd love to go as far as 125 maybe. But wow, a 750 gallon. very nice.....

  • sweet tank

  • Wow !

  • So beautiful I could cry. I'm 18 and I work at Target fulltime, my paychecks are only about 500 dollars a month. Every payday I go down to my LFS and buy more equipment. It took a long time to get all the necessary hardware before I could stock my tank. Now that I set up my metal halides the electric bill is so expensive I'm broke all the time and I can't even afford to buy food for myself. But I would rather starve than harm my corals. Do you have any tips for lowering the energy used?

  • Silly question, but are you using Micron socks in your sump?

  • Just when i thought they couldnt get any bigger :| Good Job !

  • well done that tank is a beast!

  • People will pay $100 real dollars for non-sellable fish in a virtual aquarium. I don't know which game it is, but 100 dollars and it probably doesn't even look as good as this!

  • Thats 75G not 750

  • @stephen7747 That's way bigger than a 75, a standard 75 is only four feet wide.

  • Oh My God, this is absolutely amazing!

  • them fish kno u mean food

  • do you clean it?

  • Lots of amazing fish!! Love the purple tang

  • nice tank, sounds like a car at ilde

  • #OMG great tank

  • dope tank

  • Can someone tell me what is the best way to get rid of long green algae in my tank my glass is covered and i can't seem to get rid of it. Is there any saltwater fish that will get rid of it that i can put in my 55 gallon i was thinking some type of blenny.

  • @TheVideoGameProdiGs need to clean it all out first and improve the flow of the tank so the algae cant settle that will help alot

  • Man that tank is awesome

  • Só posso dizer que este aquário é incrível. É maravilhoso ver como algumas pessoas conseguem trazer um pedaço da natureza para tão perto e poder apreciar tamanha beleza todos os dias.

    Parabéns.

  • Gorgeous tank

  • that tank is giant haha awesome

  • Wow this is beautiful, its almost like your actually in the ocean.

  • Damn Nature!! You Prettty!

  • Nice tank top quality

  • DO your copperbands ans heniocris butterflys not eat your coral

  • Did you have to reinforce your floors? If my calculations are correct that would weigh around 8000 pounds!!!! I have a 210 gallon and i know its around 2400.

  • nice coral reef :) iam often in egypt to see such beautiful things and now iam thinking about an sea water aquarium :) but it looks like there s more work than enjoying oder isn´t it?

  • what the fuck?? where is nemo??

  • your coral is so cool, and awesome that the fish follow you!

how do you clean this thing?

  • wow! ive always wanted one of those...

  • wow that is truly annoying, but the beauty counteracts it =) hopefully mine will look like that some day (only 745 gallons smaller)

  • Very nice, I have a 12g, would love to have something like that someday! Your fish are definitely used to you, mine do the same thing now, thinking I will give them food every time I come up to the tank....lol Thanks for sharing.

  • A tank that probably costs as much as the house it's in.

...But one of the nicest I've seen in my life.

Did you build the tank yourself?

  • ha it seems like the fish are following you to the other side

  • love it!

  • love your aquarium i say who ever doesnt like aquariums hasent lived yet who agrees?

  • @goofboxtv i agree

  • Best tank ive ever seen, nice job. How much did all this cost. Im looking to buy one and price is no object

  • Where do you get a tank that big?

  • Dora ^_^

  • I live in Argentina. Your tamk is wonderfull!!!

  • really stunning, so many fish. great job.

  • how you get those fish to not eat the reef?

  • @goldlink89 The reef stings the fish, the live coral never gets eaten unless you have a parrot fish in there O_o

  • arent those fish not reef safe

  • maybe its 400 tank with rest of filtering and sump system

  • that doesent look like a 750g i have a 300g and it looks about the same size... maby the thickness or something idk

  • Awesome tank!

  • nice!!

  • awesome collection of fish and corals, nice work.

  • What kind of skimmer do you have in this aquarium ?

  • ...pinch me...

EPIC! ...somebody has a lot of money...

    Costs me enough running a 29g, couldn't imagine a 750g.

  • how much does a 29g costs you?

  • Well I bought the tank used along with a used heater... But all in all, I have invested around $500 into my setup not including fish, invertibre, or corals.

You need a tank, skimmer, heater, powerheads, sand, rock, thermometer, cleaner tool, lighting, test kit, and food. All of which came to around $500 and I bought really cheap brands too so it's easy to spend more than that. I'd recommend buying a full setup used on craigslist. Or getting a Bio-Cube HQI.

  • i Have a 30g biocube and it cost me 240$.

  • great!

  • Beautiful...Love your variety of fish

  • im jealous

  • what??? a meni fish in your acquarium!

  • imagine now if the tank leaked all the water? or even imagine if the world end and there was no power. what will reef tanks be like after 4 weeks with out power.. it will be a rout-in egg.

  • a cubic meter of water = a tonne

  • freakin unbelieveable tank man its coming for me very soon not that big but about half that

  • Is that big black tang a black tang or an atlantic blue? Cant tell kind of dark?

  • Comment removed

  • finding neno fish!!

  • this tank would be wicked heavy JUST THE GLASS!

  • you should put some orange clown fish in there then it would be just like the one in ffinding nemo - and it would brighten up the tank a bit -not that it needs it!

  • i'm new to the reef hobby so don't give me any thumbs down for this but my question is that don't the henochois butterfles and the copperband butterflies nip at coral? i thought that they're not reef safe...

  • Copperbands eat desirable worms but don't really mess with corals, at least mine didn't. It is true though that they are a bad idea in a reef simply because they eat a lot of cool and useful hitch hikers.

  • huuuuugggeeee

  • i have a 1000 gallon fresh water with stingrays in it they are leopoldi stingrays 50 of them

  • reminds me of the tank in finding nemo

  • not even, the tank in finding nemo in the dentist's office was full of decoration shit like treasure chests and stuff

  • how do i become an anderson ? great tank

  • Great looking tank!!! Keep it up.

  • wow

  • Way to much coraline algae... you should scrape some off and start a uv sterilizer!

  • you don't know anything about reef tanks do you? first time I hear somebody say that coraline is bad
