  • Check on a day when the site is full an the service is maxed out! Well designed power distribution will have minimum voltage drop under heavy loading.

    One would hope the service connect it wired correctly.

    This is single phase 3 wire 120/240 volt service where the center tap of distribution transformer is at ground or neutral potential (standard in USA)

  • Why not just set it at 600 to begin with???

  • hes checking to see if that phases is 120V .

  • Why does he use the red end of the multimeter on the ground when he checks the hot leg (120V) on the right? Why not reverse it.

  • What difference does it make? This is AC so polarity is irrelevant.
