The reason why you never let the tap touch the glass is because you have to let the air be released, otherwise your entire glass will be foam. But yes, head is VERY important ; )
College students especially, since I'm still in school, think that having no foam and tipping the glass is the right way to do it. Couldn't be more wrong. Certain beers (some draft porters for example, and others which produce much foam due to carbonation) require a large angle similar to how you started your pour, but in general, this is not the correct way to pour a beer. Head is necessary to enjoy the full flavor of the beer.
I have two bars in my families' name, grew up in them, and finally started legally bartending for the past 4 years, and I'd be slapped if I ever poured like that. I'm sorry, The point of pouring a beer correctly isn't by minimizing the head and fitting as much fluid into the glass as possible, a common misconception.
not enough head. my locals would reject that pint. for a real test of beer pouring try pouring pints of younger's tartan special, that is one tempremental beer which is not hugely gassy yet a thick head is to be produced.
I have problem. I come frome Poland and i don't know (maybe my friend is wrong) how can I name this beer tap handle? I know some diferent meaning of this word :) but is it possible to name it hooker? Or my friend was too drunk to recognise what he looked at?
Sorry to be a pain but that's not how you pour a beer. There's pratically no foam on that pint. The foam is essential as it prevents oxidation and stops your beer going stale.
wheres the head?

I like a bit more head on my brew. The last time I asked for some head with my brew, she poured the damn thing on my crotch.

Way wrong. As other people have stated, never let the tap touch the glass. Same goes for pouring from bottles.
Also it appears that you have it at too much of an angle at the beginning (Although that may just be the camera angle)

Wrong You NEVER let the tap touch the glass or the beer in the glass. All he is doing is spreading germs.........
