  • the floral cupcake holders look completely different... they are long & scalloped and they look like the confetti would stay on that much better. Can you say where yo got those (I have never seen them before) as well where did you get the cupcake reinforcers with the hearts please?

Your work is so cute I can't stand it.

  • Adorable

  • i am having a hard time making these (duh) i just cant get it to look like yours what the heck am i doing wrong. at first i used 3-6 months then i switched to 0-3 which size cupcake wrappers do you use? no matter what size cupcake wrapper i use it just doesnt look right. HELP!!!!!

  • sencillamente hermosooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...

  • Miss partytimebabby....you have had my teenagers attention for days she is buiding baby shower gifts for a friend of mine thanks for keeping the innocent mind busy doing innocent things

  • tape will be fine on the cloth as long as its not in the intense heat heat would melt the adhesive causing tit to stik on to the fabric

  • would the tape not ruin the onesie

  • you have no idea how good you're going to make me look !! haha thank you ! By the way i'm making these as a bridal shower gift (panties)

  • This is a darling idea, I wish now some of my friends would have baby showers! :)

  • Those are absolutely beautiful! Thank you for sharing. My oldest daughter is going to make me a grandmother soon and so I might try making some of these.

  • this is so awsome i cant wait to try this

  • AWESOME TUTORIAL. tHANK YOU.

  • Thanks so much for posting this! All of your videos are so great =D

  • These are great. My question is.. does the hairspray and tape glue, so to speak wash off pretty easily? Thanks!

  • @TheBowEmporium Yes it does wash easily off. The actual ones used in this video were given as a gift and mommy-to-be laundered them and they came out perfectly fresh and clean. I even used the adhesive spray which is alot more stiff than hairspray as well. And 2 way sticky tape doesnt leave residue. Your good to go :)

  • lol..thanks a bunch

  • hi, these are beautiful...i would like to know what else can i use instead of the hair spray

  • @MsMluckey Actually I've done it using nothing - just sprinkling and arranging the paper confetti on the top,, it just lays there then, if the wind blows, you walk by a fan with them, or sneeze - they might fly off! Hahaha! Anything light and has a little bit of tackiness to it, like body spray or spritz, sun tan lotion spray, or linen spray.. will help adhere your confetti better.

  • Great idea, they are super cute!

  • Jessica I was thinking the same thing :) I think I'm going to go the hair spray route. Thanks for your ideas Heather they are so cute!

  • this is sooo adorable!! and very creative!!

  • looks fab - whats the biggest size onesie you can use on this ?

  • @ohsobabycakes Ive not tried it but I would imagine 3-6 months. I use 0-3 months and added some tissue in the center,, so estimating the "up size" would be around that. You could experiment and use 6-9 months size. You can use as big as you want with making an ice cream sundae :)

  • HI, PARTYTIMEBABY! I'M SOOO EXCITED I MADE ONE OF THE THREE SOX ONESIE WALL DECORATION THINGY...MY SISTER AND FIANCE WENT CRAZY LAUGHING ONCE I TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS MADE OUT OF SOX.....I'M LOOKING FORWARD ON MAKING THE OTHER 2...PLEASE KEEP POSTING COOL VIDEOS I LOOOVE THEM LOL

  • @2276Jessica Ohhh Im so glad to hear that jessica!! Way to go girl! The craft out of a pair of tube socks I call Nubbins,, thats dear to my heart cause I started making those around 13 years ago - I actually sold them online for a little while too :) Thanks for sharing that with me,, was a real spirit booster!! & i'll keep the vids comin :)

  • This is one of my favorites. Heather made me a bunch of these for my baby shower and I had them on all the tables. Everyone loved them! I of coarse saved a few and took some apart to use the onesie. When you wash them the spay comes off. My baby never had a problem wearing them. They are awesome!

  • Ive seen them made with straight pins for sewing and they worked well without having to worry about adhesives and tapes. I would be worried about new babys sensitive skin even after laundering. But then again its a good idea to remind moms to remove the straight pins too....OUCH!!! :)

  • Great idea!!!

  • OK EVERYTHING WAS GOING NICELY UNTIL U SPRAYED THE ONESIE WITH THE ADHESIVE SPRAY.....THAT'S WHEN I SCREAMED AAAHHHH NNOOOOOO.....LOL

  • @2276Jessica ~

Hey Jessica :) You can use a mild hair spray too - its just for the confetti to stick. Both adhesive and hair spray will wash away after laundered.

  • can you reuse onsie because it looks like this would ruin the onsie itself

  • love it! <3 and you're so adorable with your "awww...that's so sweet...oh i just love these" hehe :)

  • Omg too cute...I have to try this next time....thanks for the videos, you're very creative...love it, love it love it.

  • This is really cute, but wouldn't the tape and sticky adhesive ruin the onesie itself where it wouldn't even be able to be worn by a newborn?

  • Great job!! Very easy thanks for the DIY video

  • I have been looking at a lot of different DIY baby shower favors on youtube and this is by far the best one I have seen!! The hairspray trick is amazing and one I would have never thought of!! The cupcakes in the box at the end was almost tear worthy it was so cute!!! I cannot wait to make these for my friend's shower, she is a cupcake fanatic and will love these!!! Thank you so much!!

  • love it!!!

  • this is so cute! great idea.

  • Where did you get the cupcake holders? Would any craft store have them?

  • @princess44222 Most craft stores that have a cake/candy section have them. AC Moore or Michaels should have them.
