personally I think the bass line shouldn't be over complex unless it's a bass solo tbh It can make a song sound jumbled and too heavy. Sometimes simple can be best. btw I'm not implying that the bass isn't important or anything lol :-)

I couldn't believe it when I read that Robert Hardy had learned how to play bass just less than a year before their debut album had started recording. WTH that's amazing! If He can do it, so can I. I'm getting back into bass guitar. Played it for 2 months back in 08. I think I can still do the same scales heh. This band is crazy good. They're one of my faves. This is probably my favorite song from them so far too. It's so unique in its sound.
