I`d still like to see how the clouds would go under it, as this ground based structure draws up water from a giant underground aquifier.

The quality is no where near good enough to see as much detail as you claim to see clouds moving under these shapes. Lets be honest the footage is at such a low resolution, its not clear if the shapes are made from circles, hexagons or even octogons. The colour is bleeding out over the image, and it is pixelating, with all that happening at once, there are no details that can be used for even reference to use as scale.

Shame there isn`t better footage as it is very interesting.

1) The altitude of which this video was taken is HIGH...If this was on the ground, we are talking several hundred miles long.

2) It definitely appears to be cloudy and to be able to see this thing crystal clear on a cloudy day, it would have to be above the clouds.
