He "made no effort to stand his ground" because he was just put in a headlock and thrown to the ground. There was a clear threat of escalating violence, and I didn't see any cops stepping in to restore order. I never said the heckler wasn't doing anything wrong, but there's a big, big difference between disrupting a press conference and assault and battery.

Normally, I'd defend a politician's (or anyone's) right to keep their personal information personal. Allen has made a career and a campaign on stripping others of their rights under the guise of "the sanctity of marriage." How sanctified is marriage to someone who's had more than one of them? WHY are his divorce records sealed? Did he commit domestic abuse?
