So nice to see something different, can you try to imagine people doing that in England? I think not , because they spend most of the time drinking tea and getting fat.
Too bad you missed the dancing. I think they perform around 12:30pm. Do you know what the salaries are for the sales staff at SM Kultura stores? I am just curious.
I really don't know what their salaries are. I do know that there are minimum wages based region. For the most part, that's around 285 pesos per day. So I would think they make about that much. That seems to be the standard from what my friends tell me.
I was recently at this store and saw the dancing sales staff at Kultura. I enjoyed it, especially the hip hugging short skirts. However I found out that many of the employees are fired within six months so that their emplyer (SM) would not have to pay them benefits as full-time employees.
I was there again a few weeks ago but they, much to my disappointment, didn't do any dancing. As for employment, I was told that many businesses hire through agencies with no direct employment. So when an employee"s contract is up (typically 6 months) they're replaced. Also, some agencies deduct money from their salaries for PhilCare and Social Security but pocket the money.
