Its so beautiful to see how they pick up the eggs and store them underground, safe tucked away from the predators for up to 3 years! Only at the early stage of the Stick insects life, they will run away from predators being so small (20% camo- Danger alert.) and only 5% reach adulthood. The massive long abdomen make them incapable to no longer run, forcing them to crawl untouched, with full 100% camo :)
