Also on the radial lights u can put them in and then put that layer on dodge and it will appear that the ones on the lines will be making the lines "Glow" even better.

3. Get Windows Movie Maker (google it)

And if you don't know how to zoom in, well woopty doo, don't do that with WMM. Use Hypercam.
