well, the finish product will be natural-looking whether they use silicone of the patient's cartilage. although the shape of the nose will be more defined with silicone, it's not safe.

Dr. Sanchez I know you're a humurous doctor. It's a compliment must be! but you should set it aside while demonstrating your medical contribution to your students or anybody. How and when will they learn to be serious about medical. There's a place for laughing.

Asian features do NOT need any improvements! There's an epidemic of nose jobs, eye jobs skin lightening, hair lightening, etc. because that's the great majority of what we've seen on TV, movies, magazines, etc. as being the "prized standard beauty". For Filipinos, the mestiza look is supposed to be superior! Let's rid ourselves of that stupid and inferior colonial mentality ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!
