You can tell because on its download page for the Album "Avenged Sevenfold" on itunes, its 5:51 seconds, where they have the riff, the triple hit kick pedals, and the rev singing. On their music video, it's 4:03 seconds. They did not have the alternate version on the self-titled album. I may be wrong though :O
