exercise is only harmful in da wayz u told is only wen u over do it or you are training for something lyk athletics...exercise keeps our body and mind fresh. once u make it a habit u wont feel strssed...and ur body will be in the perfect shapeO:-)
Exercise is bad in at least four ways, it adds stress which ages you; it
makes you hungry and it thickens bone and muscle, making your more heavier which only adds more stress, thickening bone and muscle further, creating a bit of a snowball effect. The lighter you are to a degree, the better overall. So exercise is pretty much a waste of time - the fourth detriment. When you gym, you take in everyone's foreign toxins - a fifth reason for some. Gyms are a toxin haven.
@BluefruitNMusicSnow The cause is likely their diet and lifestyle. Okinawa is multi-cultural and is populous and not some remote far off place, which all but rules out genes as a factor. Exercise can do more harm than good and often does, and it always works up a hunger. Non-stress (weightless) repetitional exercise like swimming (in moderation) is probably quite harmless other than again it will increase the hunger for eating - which is bad.
@CBasie2856 Indeed sweating out toxis is very healthy. Good point. All exercise increases hunger, which in itself is also good - if you can shake the hunger pains every day. Big "if" for most of us.
I've done semi raw foods diet.. paleo to be exact.. I felt the cleanest in all aspects of my health when on paleo. it was amazing, skin looked better, energy was better, sleeping better, happier , urine, bowel movements were much more better. the only thing i wasn't keen on was that lifting weights became harder.. i lost strength.. yet, my body weight training and endurance went through the roof and i felt functionally level .. its a bitter sweet thing being raw food/ paleo.
This is a bit off the subject but I have been washing my face with just honey but I live in a very dry environment so i need to use some sort of moisturizer. I know you said before not to put anything on but I need something. Any suggestions for a good and natural moisturizer?
Any algae related food. Astaxanthin, red algae, lots of dark greens. Astaxanthin has given me an extreme boost in endurance, brain power, and overall strength and well being. A raw food/pescitarian diet compliments this well.
ive been having problems going to t he bathroom on 100% raw, I dont know if i eat too much fruit, but it doesnt seem to stay in me, i get crampy pains. mabey its the raw cauliflower, can I cook the cauliflower instead of raw?
I was able to watch the video , Can I eat cooked quinoa , is it healthy? I still eat alot of fruit. Is raw quinoa east to digest? do I need to sprout them raw?

@sownzgr8 Exercise is healthy (to an extent). The cause of their long life span is most likely genetic.

i don't know about that. If they were on a processed food diet, their lives would be shorter.

Excercise makes you hungry. Southern Island Japanese live the longest and don't exercise.

@sownzgr8
if you are trying to treat a disease, exercise is important. Otherwise if your healthy, you don't need it.
10 minutes of cardio should be the max and you should sweat, because sweating releases toxins from the body.
an hour of weight training is ideal. Cardio is the one that makes you hungry, its not good.
