  • Whoever put dislikes, go die in a hole dug by your own family.

  • Who played the solo part??

  • Thank you for sharing this video!!!! I love that its with the real cadenza, the one that Mozart composed :)

  • This takes me right back to my school days... Thank you for uploading it! It's awesome.

  • @GenocidegingerInc it seems to be the Sam Franko cadenza which is published by Shirmer's Library... or found for free online haha

  • Playing this for my senior concerto. Lots and lots and lots and lots of fun.

  • @payinginpalaver

It's not so...fun practising for Mozart, but it worth it!

  • Classical music is like Poetry in notes

  • Would you have to have the sheet music to this specific Cadenza?

  • @GenocidegingerInc Go Practice for all state, its next week

  • FANTASTICO,GRACIAS POR SUBIR Y PROPORCIONARNOS A LOS AMANTES DE LA MUSICA CLASICA,EN ESPECIAL DE MOZART UNOS MOMENTOS INOLVIDABLES.

  • Excellent performance! That`s what Mozart is:)

  • Because of this recording I decided to use the Franko cadenza :D. Great piece, thank you Mozart!

  • E irreale tutto questo, sembra quasi impossibile che una persona scriva una cosa del genere, un opera cosi affascinante.

    Davvero INCREDIBILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    (Complimenti Mozart)

  • playing this too i can't get all the runs crystal clear ):

  • one of my favorites! So upbeat and happy!

  • omg -.- im going to die playing this TT^TT its reallly awesome though

  • Great!

  • Simply entrancing.

  • Mozart's music has an innocence that only he could create. It's not as if Mozart's life was easy at all, but his music has light and happiness that no other composer can compare to.

  • Beautiful..!!

  • mozart war wirklich einer der größten komponisten... ich bin stolz salzburger zu sein :)

  • dosent this like improve ur memory, focus, and creativity some1 tell me plz

  • @gregify13 In a way it does, since his music acts as that "necessary" part in my student's brain that asks for some form of entertainment at all times but also "reminds" them that their is work to be done

  • @Raxer21

thxs alot cause im failing english and french 2 imma use this to study lets c what happens wish me luck!

  • @gregify13 In addition to Raxer21's comment. Classical music stimulates brain activity so you won't have trouble "warming up" your brain for studying. Also to stimulate the brain you actually have to pay attention, not just ignore it. If you like Mozart then Bach is another great composer.

  • @Stormdude100 I don't believe Bach and Mozart share much relevance together. They're both great composers but for the purposes of recommendation a more relevant composer would be Haydn or Vivaldi or Handel.

It's like recommending Debussey -- Great artist, but like Mozart or Bach? Not so..

  • @87325 Okay his style is a little bit darker but I find Vivaldi to be closerto Bach

  • PHYREXIA! :O

  • Very nice

  • i wonder how long it took for him just to perfect the beginning of his solo...

  • @TehGamerZXD After that... i wonder how long it took him to complete the whole piece

  • Best piece of music hands down!

  • itzak pelman disliked it

  • otimo video. show de bola!!!

  • Elegant.

  • Who disliked this masterpiece!!!!!!!!!!! (well quiet masterpiece for most of it)

  • i love mozart <3

  • I love Franko's cadenzas...

  • ok, which grumiaux fan disliked this?!?

  • absolutely fantastic! i'm playing it, too. :)

  • this is REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY good. lol. I'm working on this piece... well mainly on this cadenza. I usually listen to the Anne Sophie Mutter version, but this is magnificent too.

I don't get how there could be even ONE dislike. Most likely someone who is not sophisticated enough to appreciate classical music.

  • @LiaOneAndOnly

can you tell me what's the title of this symphony?

  • @1ofinuyashafans hm? it's a concerto... and the group preforming is an orchestra not symphony

  • what a performance - inspires me to play and stop playing violin

  • Now THAT's a cadenza.

  • we so out ruled that 1 dislike :)

  • I'm a great admirer of Szeryng's Mozart--especially the Violin Sonatas--and this is indeed a top-notch performance. But my favorite recording of this particular concerto is on an old Nonesuch LP of the 3rd and 4th Concertos. Karl Ristenpart leads the Chamber Orchestra of the Sarre, and the violinist is the little-known Paul Makanowitzky. He is marvelously fresh and buoyant--one of the greatest Mozart performances I've ever heard.

  • dude..

  • im going to play this one soon! cant wait :D

  • nice :)

  • This is one of the most beautiful concerts that I ever had... And I already played some Mozart's staff but there's just two things that I want to say. The first one is that it is very hard to play Mozart because he is not that easy.. there's a lot of technique and some pure things from Mozart. And the second one is that IT"S BEAUTIFULLLLL!!!!!! for real it doess!!. :) I LOVE ITT!!! but i mostly love the Itzahk Perlman version.. He is my favorite violin performer he plays super good.. :)

  • This concert is one of the most beautiful things that I have from Mozart... Right know i'm playing this one, and there's just two things i can say. The first one is that is super hard.. because Mozart it's not that easy... and the second one IT"S BEAUTIFULLLLLL!!!!!! for real it doess!!! :)

  • What Nustlgyia

  • I played this my senior year of high school. It's a great piece to end on before going off to college if you wanna pursue any musical field. It's a perfect example of good classic music.

  • 0 dislikes, thats the way it should be

  • Hey guys,

I'm playing this along with Kreisler Praeludium and Allegro in a competition, junior level (11-14)...dyall think I can win?

  • I always like Szerying! He is one of the great violinist.

Compared to other players, I still like his Mozart. Perfect.

    Thank you for posting.

  • I am now officially terrible

  • @egggirl21 haha I know right? when I listen to this, I'm like "goodness gracious... I need to practice" O_O

  • Need the partitur!

  • Henryk Szeryng - the great plebeian violinist!

  • Szeryng was awesome; restrained and vibrant, allows the music to breathe. His recording of the Brahms Violin Concerto made in the fifties or early sixties on I think Mercury Living Presense is astonishing; the last two minutes of the first movement is so beautiful as to make me weep every time I hear it. If anyone runs across it, please post it!

  • una gran sinfonía para regalarse

  • una gran sinfonia para relagarse

  • the best violinist

  • @sternpanzers no.. Itzhack Perlam i the giggest and better violinist!!

  • He's always been my favorite musician playing Mozart. Very nicely done!

  • @toyouall Me too! I always thought Szeryng had just the right balance of expressiveness and restraint in his renditions. He didn't give in to the tendency of over-romanticizing Mozart.

  • My proof in the belief in God- Who else could create a creature capable of creating such a perfect piece of music than this? Still dont believe? Listen to the next to movements than get back to me!

  • @5inthehole I think practice, lots of practice, may have been a greater factor.

  • I like it! I'm playing this for my audition. It's a really great song.

  • NICE RECORDING!
