  • Cocaine made Shrek the way he look today.

  • Shrek is a freaking gangstar XD

  • FUCK ALL GOVERNMENTS!!!

  • I have always beleived in legalising Marijuana because in my opinion it is a matter of personal freedom but after watching this excellent little documentory I am now convinced that legalising and regulating harder drugs like cocain and heroin is a nessesary evil. It wont solve all the problems associated with drugs but it will certainly allieviate much of the violance and suffering that these small developing contries are falling victim to.

  • The strategy is simple -

Take a product and get it made it 'illegal'.

Then, using the 'black market', drive the cost up by killing (literally) off the competition, bribing officials and enslaving the consumers until you own and control everything.

Britain defeated China because China went straight to prohibition.

The only way to stop this is to keep the product on the open market.

If you want to punish dealers, make them work for their profits.

If you want to punish users, let them use it.

  • people who make the money are the large scale importers and exporters...

  • i heard they were putting cocaine in the labels in peppersauces thats just ridiculous

  • As long as people have emotional pain that they don't know how to deal with the market for drugs will always exist

  • @PASSIONTEE as long as there are emotions, there is emotional pain ;-)

and even if there was no emotional pain, drugs still would exist.

People need drugs.. some do sports, some work a lot, some eat chocolate and some do heroin... but the reasons are always the same.... drugs... endogenous, biological or synthetical. but it's always drugs...

  • thats sick that kid has a pet monkey

  • @alt358 he does not know that is sick to pet a monkey

  • kokain best money ...

  • Lol shrek binder

  • I dont know why these white men still wear suits and ties when it is hot hahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahaha too funny man just too funny poor things , fanning away due to the heat, dress light :)

  • sadly but this poor country is doombed

  • Every user of cocaine is RESPONSIBLE for the corruption and crimes which result. If there is no demand there will be no supply, it's simple. But I do believe we can NEVER EVER stop the demand, drug users will always be present on planet Earth.

So what is the best way to minimize the damage to us all? LEGALIZE it then you can somewhat control it.

  • how stupid is to give a country computers that does not have electricity!!

  • ok... so why did the bricks of cocaine have a picture of Shrek on them, and then halfway thru this clip, an advertisement for Shrek film pops up???????? (hmmmmm)

  • they don't make the cocaine but found it on their beaches coming from south america so don't get it twisted

  • coruption coruption coruption!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • So why did they film the combination...?

  • African son here...wassup...cool clip..check out my channnel..cheers :)

  • Even in Western countries with high-paid politicians, bureaucrats & law enforcement officers, many of them are corrupt and involved with drugs. So what do you expect from poor countries that can barely afford to pay their cops & bureaucrats?

  • Terrible thing, but we should not blame them as they are not behind this. Black people are not gangsters, they are not involved in well organized criminal activity nor sophisticated trafficking, they are just being used by others, like always.

  • Cocaine should be legalised and monitored worldwide. I can't say the same for heroin though... it is a hard decision though for international authorities as a whole.. But to say that governments and armies like the UK and US are not involved in the trade of drugs is a joke because there is more heroine on the british streets from the middle east than before the war in afgan.

  • And yet cocaine in Europe gets weaker and weaker by the year

  • just legalize it!

  • Legalization of all drugs, good/bad would bring about more blessing than a cursing, for it has been to long now to acknowledge any hip hip hooray to the preaching of DARE. Drugs Are Really Everywhere. Governments would rather play ping pong with the people than just deal with the fact that someone, regardless of the after effects, needs to sell the drugs. So what if people die. Dying Is Explanatory, so if one can't learn from another's death, expect to DIE. Legalization would destroy the streets

  • i would like some drugs like weed to be legalized. But the issue here is not about legalization, its about what the drugs are doing to the people of Africa.

it comsumes all government's money to fight these people. You can see that the police received free computers, but no money to pay for the electricity. You guys need to have mercy on your hearts.

  • Thumbs up to the police, who against all the odds are still doing their job.

  • Drugs comes with guns. The two combined with destroy any society or country. Look on the effect it has on south america. Simple message is to leave that shit alone.

  • I'd say "Black markets come with guns". Legalise and control import/export of psychoactives, and production/distribution of things like this could help refloat national budgets. Look at what happened with Al Capone during prohibition times- alcohol use/distribution became less safe, more common, and more violent, pushing money into the hands of criminals. As soon as prohibition ended the Mafia lose a large chunk of their income, & the product became safer- Guinea Bissau's legit. economy boosted

  • funny the blackies can't use computers

  • wtf painted his boat with cocaine haha

  • Ship drugs.... Drugs makes Rich people happy... why not ship it and touch a soul !

  • HAHAHA Sherk

  • This shit causes untold misery for many poor people in the world, in the west it is seen as the recreational drug of choice but innocent people die every day so filthy rich gangsters can add more digits to their bank accounts, it's the drug of mugs if you use it your helping them, what kind of a high do you enjoy knowing the carnage it causes!

  • well if was legalised the black market would be destroyed

BTW I am not a coke user

  • Yeah I understand what your saying but what government is goint to legalise a drug that contains everything from ground glas to cyanide, I suppose you could argue that if the government produced 'clean' coke then that would be better but if they won't even let people grow weed for personal use by comparison then I can't see them doing that,,,

  • @cmgill2 That's the same logic as saying "alcohol should be illegal because people will make dangerous moonshine in their bathtubs"- by legalising an industry you also subject it to international standards of production, purity, and content. Let people have personal autonomy of mind and body; let competition regulate international markets.

  • @cmgill2 As gremy0 says, if production was legalised then most of the problems you mentioned could be averted. Where I live, kids (those who want to) do illegal drugs before they drink alcohol at 18- (illegal) drug dealers don't tend to ID their customers like supermarkets do! Legalisation tends to mean tighter control can be had over the product in question.

  • @godyah Yeah I undestand the aurgument but if you compare the situation with even canabis and the law for instance there is no foreseeable way they will ever do that, personaly speaking I know a lot of people who got fucked up with cocain, it's not a user friendly drug and it does real bad things to the body, you could argue that it's ok in moderation but all the people I know started out with 'recreational' use and then,,,,,,,,

  • @cmgill2 It's a tough question with no easy answers, but my views are that more problems are caused by encouraging enterprising criminals. The War on Drugs is not designed to be won. Isn't it strange how tobacco is legal almost the world over, yet it's one of the most dangerous and addictive. Let people make their own choices- normalising drug-use means being better able to deal with its drawbacks as a society. Drug-use should be an issue of health not criminality; f*ck the culture of fear!

  • @cmgill2 I too know a few people who have dabbled with coke and lost. I think a big reason for people using coke is because it's seen as 'glamorous', and its illegal status only adds to this image. Cigarettes are seen as less desirable than they were 10 years ago due to accurate public information regarding this (legal) drug. Sensationalism and horror stories get us nowhere, and programs like D.A.R.E. are counterproductive (look it up!) More weed is smoked in UK than Holland despite legality!

  • @godyah legalised along with every other drug the drug producers just move to a new concoction and you have the same situation all over again as in the new coce derivative selling on the streets of s' america for 10p a hit, made from the waste products of cocain it's just as addictive but even more dangerous for the user, you have a never ending 'chaseing your tail' effect, always trying to legalise and pureifie the latest derivative, the costs would be unacceptable to governments and taxpayers

  • Look at the white man preacher. This is the devil teaching evil ways to the people about a white jesus hanging from the cross. I hope these people wake uop and go back to their old ways of worship.

  • @supervirtuouswoman thats what happens anyway. look at the colonization of africa...as soon as they wanted independence and whites gave over power...they devolved right back into animals but now they are better armed. liberia, sudan, nigeria, somolia, ethipoia...black run countries end up so completely screwed. crossdressing canibal soldiers, albino hunting magic users...its crazy.

  • funny these nigs are to stupid to even make crack

  • It was arguably colonisation that screwed those countries in the first place. Are you telling me that Africa and it's people were better off during colonial times? Slavery? We sucked those countries dry of people and natural resources (and Tate & Lyle, Nestle, Monsanto etc. still continue to do). Colonialism helped create the disparity of wealth in continents like Africa- current economics and political corruption perpetuates it.

  • There was never anything of value in those countries. It is a postmodern fantasy that those distant places were rich and populated by noble humans prior to colonialization. You see how run down and violent these fucking places are today? Yeah, that's actually improvement. Go figure.

  • This is another evil plan to lock up the blacks in prisons all over the world.

  • why just blacks you dont think white people go to jail for drugs you wanna come to where i live

  • saludos de Colombia

  • there is 'no coke no cash' , but here is 'no cash no coke'

  • @m000shajn So does your mother!!!

  • @m000shajn...for people like you I think the internet is the best thing ever invented. Bet when your not in front of a laptop acting like you're super tuff and your're in the real world you choose more carefully what you say...

  • if i found a kilo brick of cocaine i wouldt mark a soccer field with it. THATS FOR SURE LOL

  • @ANALOGHIPPIE

    id sniff that mother fucker

  • Back in the 1800's when Cocaine was legal it was even in good old Coca Cola. I know that Cocaine has a dangerous side because I've seen people horribly addicted. In spite of the risks involved Cocaine should be legalized like it was in the 1800's. There was no "war on drugs" and cocaine was like alcohol, some people had problems with it but overall it was relatively harmless. I'm a Libertarian and I smoke cigs. Cigarettes are far more dangerous than Cocaine! Americans LIKE their drugs!

  • cont.- If it wasn't for the USA and West Europe there would be no market for Cocaine or Heroin. A LOT of money flows into African and South American countries that have very little access to cash. If we would clean up our act there would be no drug trafficking. I don't blame Africans or South Americans for OUR drug problem. They're just hungry people supplying a need and making a buck. Can't blame them for that...

  • @randy109 at a buck a gram where they make it, they're rally not making much either. The real money is the 250 odd dollars we pay.

  • @randy109 oh ye, as if you know wat ur on about

  • People think they know Africa not all u see in ur TV is what Africa is made up off.. Africa has another side which u dont see on ur TV ....

  • I beleive that this country could use the help. However it pisses me off too because whenever a country can't help themselves, somehow it's the "international communities" fault. P.S. stop bashing white people, last time I checked, there isn't 1 successfully run black majority country. I'm not racist, it's just a fact. I actually think that drugs would HELP this country, and they should capitalize on it. At least until they get on their feet

  • you may be more educated than them, however you lack of a moral and logic, these people beat you as a humans cus they have wonderful heart. have respect for people for being humans rather than black or white...

  • if i found coke packages washed up on sure i wouldent think they are fflour lmao

  • shrek.....haha!......"wait for me on the outside fiona"

  • this is my biggest fear i know its a matter of numbers between blacks and whites before caos starts to install and then will never leave, niggers are inferior, they dont understand or are programmed to live in a society with laws or logic they are fucking savages that after being left to rule they go back into the civilizional pit of mankind donset matter if u believe me or hate me this is a fact and u dont want to discover this by wanting mixed societys, lets keeps all blacks away and out...

  • they wanted independence... well shoke in your freedom now... portugal branco...

  • Ha..the shrek gang..lol..they're probably watching this like "Fuckin bitch stole our coke!" lol

  • beware the wrath of the ogre!

  • Comment removed

  • your a piece of shit, this has nothing to do with black people. in fact it is our love for drugs that pushes these people to do this. oh and by the way, i'm white, and you're garbage.

  • Nice comment dude ;)

  • @crbnfunoxide i forgot its all white man fault

  • @crbnfunoxide

    yeah we're the white devil

bringing them all down by simply existing

  • The church obviously had money....

  • one man painted his boat with the coke and next man marked out a football pitch!! what the??

  • yeah i find this odd as well

  • my cardiologist is nigerian and i trust his foe real blackass more than some white american that i know damn well cheated in school cos i went to american schools too

  • I am with you!

  • Now that they have the equipment, they have no power to operate it. Looks like the UN will have to send them some power generators.

  • I currently live there I am white and hold citizenship fought in the army and am currently trying pretty successfully to get into the government. What is wrong with our nation we have a vibrant culture and besides you and the europeans are our biggest customers white nations as a whole to be exact. If your so much better then why do you consume what makes us die hm why do we have to lose our country because of your selffishess napajedlacek your a major asshole

  • I wonder what the shreck thing was about.

  • you foolllll

  • @napajedlacek Hello, I am half black african and half white, so apparently i dont have high iq. since you are white and have such a high iq, could you tell me what a typical african is? could you even name me six countries in africa, that you think are corrupted? i mean you have such a high IQ so share the wealth. i hope you realize you just make white people look bad. anyway, god bless you, i will pray for your pathetic self.

  • all of africa is not corrupted, maybe if white people didnt come and fuck everything up, it wouldnt be like that. havent you ever heard of slavery? havent you ever heard of imposing their religion on others? so let me guess, czech republic, serbia, and croatia are gods gift to the earth? people only know you by Jan Koller, or your fascist ideas.

  • and please, tell me where you found this ridiculous fact that states blacks 20 less iq then average.

  • @napajedlacek i know very hard working africans who have gone to some of the best universities canada has to offer, and i know some whites who are still stuck in their mothers house drinking beer and fucking hookers. so that right there, my friend, proves that its not true

  • no one likes u, james watson is white so he chnaged the results idiot or hes a white lover peace bitch lol

  • isnt race nd genes the same stupid?

  • agreed! it's idiots like that which keep the shit going on. though, while the rest of us will move forward...people like him will be stuck...at least I think

  • Easy your mouth, the smallest dogs have the loudest bark.

You are a mere parasatic ejaculation. A fetus of stupidity.

  • ok STOP 1:45 who's bringing in the rest? one sided explain all story. hey look a fire truck.

  • shrek on the bricks

  • @MrHoldMyDick. Keep on blaming the white man you dumb negroid. I guess paying for your healthcare housing and food arent enough. You then go out and make far more money than me selling drugs and polluting everything you touch. The black man is the devil. Black is beautiful but nigger is ugly.

  • this is a real threat against EU and our youth. support this brave people in their fight against drug smuggling and corruption.

  • LOL! they like shrek!!

  • it wasnt cocaine they saw it was MONEY! LOL

  • if it would be free to use drugs we wont have those problems

  • what a joke

  • the very first comment on this page is horrible . .

  • why the fuck does the reporter ruin this very nice piece with the "sporting a new hairstyle comment". not funny at all, especially coming from a white journalist

  • Let's cool down a little.

You are right, at a first moment it sounds somewhat awkward, a mixture of funny and weird, but one must bear in mind that she actually looks very different when she changes her hairstyle and I believe he, the journalist, only wants to make sure people assimilate that that person is the same Secretary who spoke before, when she was looking very different, even her clothes.

He was not making a joke, he was identifying that person to the folks watching the documentary.

  • ur comment was funny a must admit, haha why the fuck did you mention the devil :S

  • Are you black, and If not then the people that have been the most devilish to blacks are white, If you would flood another people with poisin out of greed and capitalism & just plain bigotry what else are you but a devil,I said sound familar In my comment cuz thats exactly what the're doin here in the united snakes.hee hee hell, this drug epidemic constructed by satins children themselves, is serious, I wanna see you laughin If ya momma was hooked on crack,U silly muthafuka.

  • In a way I like the fact that Its a poor country cause If It were the 50th or 60th poorest instead of the 5th you know the devil would not only make this a pit stop but start poisonin the guinean people get em hooked take their money, now you have a country full of zombies commetin crime, violence&chaos, sound familier, you have to ask yourself would u wanna live in a poor country thats rich wit love or a rich country that hates the poor poisions them&surrounds society with violence daily Hmm..

  • lol

  • What Is it that you find funny,Im just curious, lol about what.

  • ur comment

  • Thats not what I asked, obviously I know It was the comment, but what about the comment made you laugh,do you overstand how to go into detail and specifically tell me what you found funny. If you dont know how to articulate yourself I overstand not dissin you,but some people just dont, and if thats the case Im glad I could humor you.

  • @MrHolditDown ahahhahahaha

  • legalize drugs our economy might get better.. cuz realize pll buy more drugs than food...im surprised they have not done it yet.. so wat if our pll will turn into hell.. it lokks like the gov wants to gouge eyes out if we dont pay tax.. all of the sudden they give a shit

  • This is terrible that this is going on a country so poor.

  • So much for opinions and fantasy. The reality if its not in your back yard - you don't have a problem. But . . .if its in your neighbourhood, you're ready to take on the world with guns, militia and and brute force. I'm not talking about Hezbola or Bin Ladin henchmen either.

  • haha shows how dumb some people are.. buys a beamer or a benz in africa and has to dodge all the pot holes and shit, why dont u buy a big Denali or tahoe or somethin u dumb asses

  • suppyly and demand

  • the un is the biggest evil when it comes to clean the world of any malice such as drugs poverty etc etc ineffective united nations ..............mother fuckers

  • The biggest evil? Theirs so many problems in the world, atleast it does something to help, and what do you do?

  • the un was setup by the same people who dont want to see the whole of africa plorish with wealth the evil illuminati power fucking elites

  • It's easy to say legalize all drugs, but when you are dealing with a society such as Guinea Bissau, where people live on at least/less than 1dollar per day, you can't expect order and benefit. Without a doubt you will have a epidemic. I agree with the woman who demands international assistance with the problem: her country does not produce nor consume (on a large scale) cocaine. Sad for those with integrity for their country and society..

  • LEGALISE ALL DRUGS, People who support the prohibition of drugs have alot of blood on their hands from all the pain and suffering caused by the war on drugs. Tax the drugs, put that money back into the community and let people choose what they do with their own bodies

  • something this like this can bring about political unrest or coup

  • they don't stand a chance :(

no power to even run a computer

    no jail/prison to put criminals

and the police must fight the military who acts with impunity doing whatever it wants

and no judge will convict a dug traffcker

  • The Attorney General of Guinea Bissau Came for the seized cocaine? Such corruption and disregard for human life. No wonder our continent is always called "dark"..so much negativity, corruption.

  • Africa is called the dark continent because of its melinated people--nothing to do with corruption.

  • There's no such thing as "melinated" Whatever you meant by that, check your dictionary twice before posting a response.

  • wow!..US couldn't fight it drug war successfully don't blame small primitive country to send their money, they don't have fighting it.

drug is strong corrupt economy if managed right this small state in African could benefit from it, just as American politician do, that know alot about drug money,is a big business...just think of it, politicians ,police, judges/court system, and other agencies that clime to have war on drug....government is big dealers is not like they don't know how to stop it.

  • so youtube/google r makin people watch commercials witout bein able to forward it? muthafukkaz, thats all i can say

  • fucking gay just got an ad by google the fags

  • If people in the USA and Europe choose to spend their money on drugs, basically poisoning themselves, I see no reason to "blame" the peasants in Africa and South America for growing the drugs that WE demand. I'll bet that out of that $300 dollars you spent on an "8-Ball" some peasant got about 50 cents. Don't begrudge a small farmer a paltry living to supply a need that us Westerners created. As for the addicts, they should be offered treatment (if they want it). But why jail them??

  • $300 for an 8-Ball!?!?! Thats unheard of where I'm from( South Florida) $150... Tops!

  • "HEY BAD BOY YOU WANT A BITA CHARLIE?"now i understand you shaka!

  • balde's tellin fibs

  • the drug business is worth more than the country's GDP...how does the country manage to run?

  • One of the 10 poorest nations in the world. they only have a GDP of around $300

  • DRUGS DESTROYS PEOPLE,S LIVES

  • thanx for pointiing that out lol

  • Comment removed

  • ha.... learn to spell ... or are you on drugs?

  • lmao shrek cocaine

  • Thinks are changing rapidly there. I lived there for 5 years and went back after the civil war and the diversity of wealth is so visual. Offcourse nobody cares because these people ain't got nothing and will certainly take some money to look the other way which is logical. A poor country taking on one mission after another.

  • scuuze me this is false

    arsenio made me laugh

  • Me too!!! What he is saying seems unbelievable...

  • this country needs KAGAME to turn it around in 1 year period (maximum)

he would build those roads and send all children to school by force, beat up all those crack fiends, and ask the families not to make more than 3 kids. and deal with any lazy man. and shoot all greedy local leadres.

  • why not legalize marijuana and cocaine and decapitate these cartels INSTANTLY?

  • If Marijuanna would be legalized.

The Big Drug Companies would Fuck it up.

  • i doubt it..

  • The reason there is a picture of Shrek on the cocaine is to tell the brand of coke it is from a certain cartel. This is also done to keep it up to date so if dea try to do fake sells. this shows a coke buyer if it is current or an old confiscated brick.

  • I'm ok with commercials but shit, set em up so they don't break the video.

  • So long as the living conditions remain as horrid as they are shown to be here, there is simply NO way corruption can be even dented.

  • i know if america will send them 50 billion dollars of tax payers money they can fight the drug trafficers.

  • that is so f up. all the equiptment is still in the box and they are standing arouns with their fingers up their azzes and laughing.the usa must have sent all the equiptment.

  • like 95% of the people are good and decent and not into drugs.

but its like the 5 who mess the whole region up.

god stupid srug people dont care who the fuck up, they just do.

  • can you imagine the temptation the local police face. they live in the poorest conditions imaginable, they seize millions of dollars of cocain and the turn it over.

  • grandma packin a .45 !

  • imagine that - a football field with all the lines made of pure coke!

  • Imagine that, millions of dollars just washed up on the beaches. these poor people not knowing what it is.

  • Yeah, it was funny! I know some lads here in Barcelona who would snif all the football pitch!

  • UN office of drug and crime? Another puppet to the Vatican and Pope. They have to make drugs a crime because they can't collect any fees or dues to give to the Vatican. As for the Queen of Uk and its Royal Familiy, they are the biggest freeloaders in all the world. Imagine that!

  • Well controlled by the colonialists.

  • They got lemons may as well learn to make lemonade...this is the nature of thw eolrd. Right, Wrong or indifferent. Beat them or Join them.

  • you people do know that the British does this to everyone to make them look pathetic correct?

  • lol he keeps putting hs source on camera hahahahaha

    that dude is dead ..

  • why are the prisoners and the guards posing like a rap video
