This song soothes the soul... it alleviates depression. Aranga, anaithum un seyal, yen Appa. No matter how difficult life is sometimes, I think of Your Pachai Maa Malai Pol Meni and my depression lifts.

serene and soulful rendition. bombay jayasree has mastered the art of combining bhava with raga. intimations of lalgudi bhani is unmistakable.

A small correction: This raga is Bowli (Bouli) and not Bhupalam. Bowli has G3 and Bhupalam is G2. There is a common misconception that Bouli is Bhupalam but the difference exists nonetheless.

amazing -- noone figured out that it is posted under wrong ragam !! it has anthara gandaram before they make a fool of themselves they atleast should talk to someone who knows music; this nragam is not boopalam it is bowli which ids Maya Malava Gowla janyam which has Anthara Gandaram as apposed to bopallam which is janyam of Hanuma Thodi which has Sadaranna Gandaram !! wake up people!!
