No, Ludwig Kakumei is just a manga, and the title of this anime is 'Meine Liebe', not the same the two :) But it's true, Hakushaku Ludwig and Lui from Meine Liebe... they are similar to each other, I think.

Ludwig's Character CD the title is Kakumei :) Ludwig is one of the main characters of Meine Liebe ^^ The singer is Seki Toshihiko, he is Lui's voice :D
