I'm having real trouble with those four shadow monsters on death mountain. I've tried getting the one behind the barrier first and then getting the last three in one hit but for some reason the B button thing just isn't killing them like it did before - am I doing something wrong?

i hate how there is never freeroam when you finish a zelda game-although there is really no point since all the bad stuff is gone and most of the quests are kinda pointless once the bad guys are defeated cuz the items you get from quests are meant to help with the final battles and such

its obvious that this game is related to ocarina of time and since the same link from that game is the majoras mask link a swell its really REALLY OBVIOUS that it should have a lot of connections.... since midnas theme reminds me of the theme of the girl from the beginning town in OoT and the wolf song from majoras mask as well as the land lay outs and such... sooo.... its pretty cool that its connected to two games in several ways but shows a story FAR off in the future... (farther than OOT) ^^

That's an entirely optional shortcut for later. You don't need to go that way and if you're referring to Death Mountain while in your wolf form, then that means you're going the wrong way. Watch the video.

Because the games are all originally Japanese, I think they used a word meaning "humanoid" in Japanese for transforming using the Shadow Crystal later on. Because of this Wolf-Humanoid, I think they tried to keep it the same word throughout the game to avoid confusion. This is translated into English as "human" so that it's new-player-friendly. I don't know much about Japanese, so I could be totally wrong though.
