Loreal has good liquid liners. I have one with the brush like the *NYC* one.. colors real black and long lasting.. also use the loreal felt tip liner in CARBON BLACK. Thats easier to use because the brush doesn't flop around and its SUPER BLACK. =)

I had a Maybelline liquid eyeliner & that did not give me a proper line & it made my eye red. Unless you can work well with fat felt tips, I don't recommend it.

Prestige seems like a really good brand to try out when it comes to eyeliners. I've yet to find a store that sells it in my country but I've heard many good reviews on it and I think you should give it a try.
