This is labeled incorrectly. This is NOT, TLRT4thD.. The song "Long Road" was created after this, same with Bones to Dust>(Lyrically)..Those were named and finalized during the writing of "Ideas Of Ref." Stranglefuck was a demo that Chris made that had tracks listed as "Song1 Song2 etc." We happened to pull riffs here and there from Stranglefuck to include in some of the material we wrote, once we officially formed Psyopus. (Sans Bones and Anomoly which are musically truer to the original SF.
Thanks for posting this. The one really memorable part of this song isnt in this version though. You can hear parts of Duct Tape Smile, which must have been written over a long period of time, cause you can hear parts of Duct Tape Smile in his Limp Bizkit audition video.
@JustImpulses Yeah, it's kind of weird. It seems like he sort of just rehashed a bunch of his old, undeveloped ideas and threw them together in Odd Senses. I don't really like that album much, to be honest.
@hailmetal16 Those are the only ones I like. Shyflower is alright and Boogeyman is pretty cool. But OPEC is utter fucking brilliance and genius, while Odd Senses is just mediocre.
@G0D666 Mediocre? I think that's a tad harsh to be honest. I think it might be my favorite of the three albums, but don't get me wrong the others are just as amazing. Choker Chain is one of my favorites.
@HMMindframe I'll agree with you that Odd Senses is a fucking great album, but in comparison to OPEC it doesn't really hold a candle. In comparison to any other music in that general vein, Odd Senses is indeed great.
@G0D666 Ideas Of Reference is still my favourite. Odd Senses would be WAY better if the spoken word parts and song breaks weren't overused so much. Still an incredible album.

I think this version is a tad better.
Instrumentally, that is.
Maybe combine this version with some samples of the newer version, that'd be bomb.

Yeah man, Shyflower and BoogMan were really different, I found them to be more ambient than anything.
But OPEC was a masterpeice in itself, for sure.
There's nothing like digging P.K.D onto some 2 through to kill us.
