I love her not only because she has SUCH an amazing voice, but because she is always a LADY. Compare Madonna, Lady Gaga, Rhianna, JLo, Britney, any of the "huge" stars -- total trash, sleaze (and I'm from S. Franisco and live here). I realize different genres and Martina can be a bit oh, corny, I suppose. but she is always like a breath of star jasmine on a warm night -- so sweet and lovely...refreshing. She does have a great voice, but I have to respectfully disagree w u. She is frequently flat on notes live. Idina Menzel (USA) or Kerry Ellis (UK) could each out-sing her, especially in the higher range, and each has more power - especially Kerry Ellis, who may well have a better voice than either Streisand or Dion.
