  • i know this breeder she is a wonderfull lady she is just have problems.... she is not a bad person ...all the dogs have free time and they all go in a big pool ..

  • NUTJOBS

  • Defending shelter dogs, VERY few of them are "abused" dogs and shelters won't adopt out "violent" dogs. Most shelter dogs are either strays, which are the result of people being to lazy to spay/neuter their pets, and irresponsible dog owners that dump dogs off because they no longer want to be bothered with a taking care of a dog. Also, TONS of puppies are at shelters. A good deal of the dogs euth'd every day are puppies-saying no to a rescue dog because you want a puppy is just stupid.

  • The idea that dogs shouldn't be bred because of the dogs in shelters is absolutely ignorant and ridiculous. Anyone who says so obviously knows very little about breeds, or dogs period.

If reputable breeders were banned, there would be no purebred dogs. Even if there were, NONE would be a good example of what the breed should look and act like. We would no longer have working dogs, or any dogs with predictable traits for that matter.

  • *facepalm* dog lovers....

  • i think he should of adopted from a humane society but he probaly didnt even know that it was a puppy mill but WHY cant he buy from a puppy mill are you saying the humane society dogs deserve a chance but not the puppy mill dogs HUH it aint their fault their born this way !

  • It leaves me speechless and I get a heavy heart just thinking of the animals who will never run, or feel the earth under their feet..they are in cages, made to suffer so sick cruel heartless twisted greedy people can profit..profit off innocent lives! aaarrr it makes me sick inside!!!!!!

  • I am proud of Jana! Puppy mill breeders are scum on this earth and Jana does endless incredible work to stop it! You guys who have left ignorant comments are probably people who ARE puppy mill breeders or see nothing wrong with it!!! When you know the suffering animals are put through in these mills..and that they are killed when they can no longer breed, how can ANYONE agree with that or not see anything wrong with it? That is just sick and inhumane..beyond that..

  • And just another comment I myself along with many friends around here buy from breeders an always have seen how they really do care an love for there animals. And we have even gone to the shelters but 9 times out of 10 the animals we see at them have been abused in some way an cannot be with families because they are violent. Thats another reason we like our local breeders. Heck before I move to west v im buying a pure breed Husky an they are sooo adorable an nice. I support my local breeder

  • Ok im not wanting to start any fights or trouble or anything but honestly listen. The breeder that Biden bought his dog from takes care of her animals, she loves them cares for them an does a fine good job doing so. She was never inspected like she was before Biden bought from her an all charges were dropped. She doesnt have any legit cases against her. People just see that there are people who breed animals an still love an care for them. Please stop all this hate twards legit breeders.

  • Oh yeah, how do you know? The government wants to talk to you sweetie.

  • there is ethical treatment of animals and there is animal worship and these peta types worship animals. I have an idea. Why don't you peta types commit suicide so the food you used to eat can go to feeding more animals.

  • Go fuck your mom, and oh yeah i forgot, i'm flagging every video ya got!

  • oh boy.....the bigshot animal rights guy is going to flag my videos...hahahaahaha....what a pathetic exsistence someone like you has.

  • I will never get an animal from a shelter again due to these fascists.

I have canceled my automatic donation and will never donate to an animal shelter again due to these fascists.

I will only buy from breeders in the future due to this fascist pig lynch-mob behavior.

  • Cum on your face! HA HA!

  • This America, it is a free country, and someone can buy a dog from whatever legitimate seller they want to. They don't like the legitimate, legal method VP Biden used to buy a dog? Tough sh*t for them.

These women are the exact kind of airheads that right-wing nuts can use as an example to make activists seem like crazy morons.

  • You must be weak and rearded. let me help you with flagging your videos. Now all i need to do is ask you, where do you live?

  • No, thank you, Charles Manson. I've already had a blowjob today.

  • who the fuck cares

honestly, animal rights' activists are probably the most useless people on earth.

  • amen!

  • hahaha i agree... PETA goes overboard in to many cases. Biden Bought a dog from a reliable seller that was breading great dogs... if i had the money i would do the same thing and tell PETA and this crazy lady talking to shove it

  • please let him do what he wants! I am sure lots of people buy from a breeder over shelter dogs and vice versa.

    and I hate peta.

  • As a shelter dog owner I am so embarrassed that these dumb shit are raking Joe Biden over the coals for not getting a shelter dog. Mind your own fucking business and get a life. It is a still fucking country the last time I checked. You assholes are making shelter dog owners look like a bunch of radical kooks. I hate people like and PETA. Eat shit.

  • So the world is a fucking mess and these silly tarts are threatening peoples' lives because he bought a dog?!

  • Ridiculous, "you bought a puppy and will take care of it and love it! By doing so, you didn't get one of the billions of dogs that are killed!!" Go after the dang killers, not after owners who happen to like German shepards,

  • first, the Biden's did not buy from a mill....

but why is it that the people who purport to be defenders of animals have no respect for human life...both the breeder and Joe Biden had their lives threatened by these wackos

  • In a sense, I understand the argument, but I think the level of outcry by PETA and other animal right's organizations over this is close to the line of making those organizations look like nitpicking nutjobs. I freaking love animals, so it pisses me...pick your freaking battles people

  • Its not that he got from a dog breeder its that he got it from a Puppy mill breeder, all puppy mills are bad for the breed cause they do a lot of in breeding re inforcing bad genetic traits and mentally unstable dogs. I agree that dog breeders are good and help keep the breed going, but corss breeding and adoption is needed.

  • There is no proof that that breeder uses any substandard methods.

  • These people are stupid... If everyone adopted dogs, you would lose quality breeds. To keep Great Danes, Bulldogs, Dobermans, etc... you need selective breeding. Why aren't these people demonstrating against the people who are surrendering an unsocialized 100 pound sheperd dog? (I have a purebred minpin and a rescued sheperd/husky.) BUT of the 40 sheperds I looked at, about 3 were approachable because they had been beaten and neglected.

  • Agreed. I don't know why people hate dog breeders or think it's wrong to get a dog from a dog breeder. I own Great Danes, but it's nearly impossible to find any in a shelter because they're such good dogs. Why blame the people who don't adopt? Blame the people who abandon their pets and don't get their pets spayed or neutered.

  • i agree

  • It's nearly impossible to find Great Danes in shelters because their life expectancy is just seven years and they're not a very popular breed due to size. Good dogs die in shelters every day of the week, that has nothing to do with it. The people who adopt from irresponsible breeders support them with their purchase and give them incentive to continue unsavory practices.

  • That's like saying that someone with a fever shouldn't try to lower their temperature because if your temperature falls too low, you'll die. The vast majority of breeders make the breeds WORSE by not health or temperament testing, just trying to make a buck. The two ideas aren't mutually exclusive, I for one am firmly against most dog breeding/buying (since most breeders have no idea what they're doing) and even more strongly against ignorant dog ownership.

  • there are many puppy mills out there and there are many breeders that are not clean and safe and good. but there r still so many decent, loving breeders out there who care solely about the dogs they breed and the homes they go to, not about profits. adopting from shelters is very good, but not everyone has to adopt from shelters. if you do your research and know what you are looking for, you can find very wholesome breeders too

  • This breeder has also bred to several purebred GSD's who are currently being used in Search & Rescue Programs across the United States . This young lady should delve more deeply before just trying to get her self on tv.

  • The woman in red is hot lol

  • Jana is right, please everyone there is no reason to buy a dog, please adopt/rescue save a life!

  • i'm confused.

    what did he do,

    what is a puppy mill??

  • A puppy mill is a place in which dogs are bred in mass with little to no care for the well being of the mental or physical state of the dogs. Rescue socities frown on them and most states make puppy mills illegal for unsnitary conditions as well as other violations .

  • i hate it when people try to tell other people what to do when its none of their business! Maybe not everyone wants to adopt a dog! Dogs are specially bred for a reason, to have stable temperments and be good dogs, not everyone wants to take a chance adopting a dog that might be crazy. I would never adopt a dog.

  • So true! The mill Biden got his dog from has violations according to records of USDA inspections. google it and you'll see.

He needs to know he made a big mistake and dog shoppers must stop buying animals from now on. Mill dogs are sick with congenital diseases that can emerge years after purchase.

To yellowdaisy girl below, you really are a dummy. The dogs at the pound are often the same dogs people bought and dumped. The shelters are full of dogs who were born in a pet factory. Rescue now.

  • @hollywoodjinky: "and dog shoppers must stop buying animals from now on."

i own a (twice) rescued dog, and i wouldn't trade him for the world... but i have to ask, where do you come off telling others what they must do?

does that mean i can tell you that you must shut up?

  • some people would like to get a healthy purebred dog instead of adopting since most are not as healthy. Eaither things are both very good alternatives obviously THAN a puppy mill

  • good comments, i watch the pet portion of EARTHLINGS and it opened my eyes a lot!! i think everyone should watch earthlings, it's very informative.

  • What the woman is saying in this video is 100% true. The American public desperately needs to be educated in this matter so as to allow them to make discerning, humane choices. I have been in animal rescue for years, and my own mother recently had the audacity to make the statement, "I'm not responsible for the dogs in shelters". To which I replied, "You, most assuredly, ARE responsible when you make the decision to buy while shelter animals DIE".

  • No, she is not responsible for the dogs in the shelters. Your mother is correct, and you should stop saying your stupid rhymes at her and picking fights with her.

  • Thanks for the words of wisdom.

  • I'm against puppy mills BUT... if the public don't buy them they'll be put down.

  • That's a dumb concept, to an extent. That dog MAY be "saved" by a greeder. HOWEVER, you gave MONEY to the SOURCE, allowing them to CONTINUE. The animals in rescues and shelters are a priority. Not only that, you're saving a more helpless life and NOT giving money to the puppy millers. Also, you reduce the pet overpopulation, even if that's as small as one dog.

  • Rayzser, all I'm saying is I care about the fate of the victims of the puppy mills if no one buys them and there's no plans in motion to save them. If it's dumb to care about these innocent dogs then fair enough, I'm dumb.

Puppy mills need to be made illegal first, then the remaining dogs saved from the real greed merchants, the humans who breed them.

  • "Puppy mills need to be made illegal first, then the remaining dogs saved from the real greed merchants, the humans who breed them." I'm sure everyone agrees with that plan. I'm solely against giving the greeders money to begin with. I, too, believe that every dog deserves the same amount of TLC, it's just a matter of from whom we obtain them, and how. I would never give money to a Puppy Miller, even if my intents are noble.

  • Agree 100% Rayzer. I just worry that if before the legislation is in place folks just stop buying puppies from pet shops and breeders. Then they'll just put them down.

It's not noble to ignore these puppy mill dogs and allow them to die without love. Legislation first, then save the remaining dogs.

  • OMG! It was a puppy mill breeder!
