Lovely video series just a small suggestion: perhaps you could make the series of 34 videoes into a playlist? Thanks for all the tips and tricks I'm sure everyone appreciates them, esp new pet owners like myself!
It depends on the pet store and the type of handling they receive. The best ones come from pet stores where they are handled under supervision from experienced workers, not the stores where they are left in the open for 4-year-olds to pound on them. Ours are pretty tame although Columbus is a bit of a biter sometimes. You should check out our later videos so you can see our progress with them (we even have babies now!!!) :)
This is so cute I'm considering doing this with my little sisters new gerbils, Pepsi and Sprite! Mine are pretty tame but my 7 year old sisters gerbils bite...

What do you dust bath them in? Is it Chinchilla Dust. Also, gerbils rule! good vids too :)

i bought my gerbils and they were pretty tame, they climbed on my hands and let me pick them up.
