To "humanly" kill a crab/lobster should be done by either;

1. Take a knife and a "mallet" and put it right on the soft spot between the eyes on the lobster and on the soft spot one inch below the jaw on the crab and hit it in one clean hard stab. What you guys are doing is this video is failing to hit the "brain" of the crab

2. rub the head (lobster) or Belly (crab) with your thumb, use a "little" force. This will send the Lobster/crab into an hypnosis which paralyze the animal
