i got this game last week and got right up to the end in about 21 hours with barely any side quests now starting all over because ending too difficult, not saving before hall of echos and a badly developed character will now start again as i care for my character and have made him facialy the same and i wont resort to a trainer warning;the last battle is hard have a well developed character who is well fitted into your chosen class

@KallePonkenSE No, it does not suck.Nor they should have made it like DA 2. That game was not even good. It's the weakest sequel to an rpg. I dumped that game to switch to this. It had challenge, good story, music and the look was nice too.Also, DA2 doesn't have 100 hours of gameplay. With all quests done I got 35 hours max.It was so easy.
okay guys, lemme end this fight for you: dragon age is, in fact, a really awesome game. the storyline is great, and its made by bioware. HOWEVER, ego draconis is probably one of the most difficult games i'ev played, which makes me love it because i like a challenge. the storyline is actually really good, and the soundtrack, and everything that made dragon age good (soundtrack, voices, story, etc.) is almost all in here. who cares about the graphics? i mean, i still find PONG entertaining...
i didn't like this it had a fine gameplay but the graphic sucked and i got stuck at the beginning because i wanted to get on with the plot and i didn't kill any monster in my way which made me level up slowly so the monsters got too strong for me :(
I love both dragon age and divinity 2, why do asstards always think it is one game or the other? Btw oblivion is the best rpg so far, and I can't wait for elder scrolls V to be released on 11.11.11! And FYI being a game nerd means your clever enough to enjoy technology grandads :D
i played it and it has this weird stutter when i play, like it should be ''vsynced'' if you know what i mean..like not that the frames drop but when i move it stutters and with my epic gamerig it should be 200+ fps all the time... and my fps dont drop its just that when i move theres this stutter maan...

TES Oblivion And Dragon age origins... I cant tell which is better really. Oblivion has great roaming and freeplay. But dragon age has a badass storyline, Seriously. ITs hard to tell which is better

OMG of course DA:O is better! DA:O came out a few years after Div2! And the first Divinity game kicks all RPG's asses. And if anything, DA:O is a copy-cat of this game, because this game DID come first. And, imo, I believe that all-in-all, Div2 has better gameplay than any game I have ever played.
This game is not good for its graphics.. or its looks, but by how adventurous and challenging it is. Your character might run like a faggot, but it makes up for it. And who gives a shit anyway? Beat the game, love it. Recommend renting it though. Don't buy it because it gets kinda boring when you beat it... :\

ill take u up on that petezorz, i actaully bought dragon age, i was really crap at it, built my characters all wrong. played it for about 6 hours and really didnt like it. its odd, i loved baldurs gate II and Kotor both made by bioware. DA its just not as enjoyable in my opinion. i didnt even like borderlands and im a huge fan of Killing floor (remarkalbe similar gameplay). i think DA is enjoyed by certain people. those who can really get obsorbed into a game. my opinion
that's because DAO has many more possible changes to the way you play it each time than KOTOR (and yes ive finished both KOTORS several times) and makes it a much more immersive game in my opinion, but i can see your side of it, it does take a certain person to enjoy it. I've actually played many RPG games, and I like the genre, but DA is horrible. Only a very small, select group could like such a game, and that's people who like WoW style (horrible) gameplay, but alone. RPG games are usually slow, yes, but DA is unnecessarily slow and boring, with horrible combat and graphics added on. It has nothing going for it.

So i must say it. This game i had play 3 days THREE DAYS then i won the game. Its a bad story your always handicaped you don't become the 40th level no monster respawn you can do nothing in the game. I wasted my money 50€. Thanks a lot. The only thing i liked in this game is the armor and weapons. DRAGON AGE is much much much much ............ better than this.

Games like this one - RPGs need to adopt the dialogue style from Mass Effect not just simply put 2 people and talk... the characters need to move to interact with the place...

i gave the English demo a try. Im not impressed at all with the game. The graphics are mediocre and jittery while moving around. It doesnt seem to be polished at all. Well, it's a sequel of the Divine Divinity series, the classic Divine Divinity has A LOT of side quests and thinking and many hours of gameplay, so i assume this sequel must be the same, although i've never played it.

OMG of course DA:O is better! DA:O came out a few years after Div2! And the first Divinity game kicks all RPG's asses. And if anything, DA:O is a copy-cat of this game, because this game DID come first. And, imo, I believe that all-in-all, Div2 has better gameplay than any game I have ever played.

This game is not good for its graphics.. or its looks, but by how adventurous and challenging it is. Your character might run like a faggot, but it makes up for it. And who gives a shit anyway? Beat the game, love it. Recommend renting it though. Don't buy it because it gets kinda boring when you beat it... :\

Best RPG on the Xbox360 yet. Don't give a fuck about your Dragon Age bullshit, I've had tons more fun with this.
This game should get higher ratings, it only shows that people who rate it seven or barely eight can't write reviews you can rely on. They're just amateurs. This is a realy hardcore RPG with a high difficulty and great atmosphere. It's an underrated gem.

ill take u up on that petezorz, i actaully bought dragon age, i was really crap at it, built my characters all wrong. played it for about 6 hours and really didnt like it. its odd, i loved baldurs gate II and Kotor both made by bioware. DA its just not as enjoyable in my opinion. i didnt even like borderlands and im a huge fan of Killing floor (remarkalbe similar gameplay). i think DA is enjoyed by certain people. those who can really get obsorbed into a game. my opinion

that's because DAO has many more possible changes to the way you play it each time than KOTOR (and yes ive finished both KOTORS several times) and makes it a much more immersive game in my opinion, but i can see your side of it, it does take a certain person to enjoy it. Keep in mind i don't think i've ever played it more than 4 hours at a time.

Well, seeing as this game came out yesterday, I'd expect it wouldn't have won many awards, genius. Also, whatever it is you'd like to claim, it doesn't change the FACT that many, many people don't like dragon age. It's slow, boring, etc. And, what I've read from RPG nerds is, the story sucks. That's coming from people who care for story more than anything. What does dragon age have? World of nerdcraft style gameplay that only a complete reject could like? I've actually played many RPG games, and I like the genre, but DA is horrible. Only a very small, select group could like such a game, and that's people who like WoW style (horrible) gameplay, but alone. RPG games are usually slow, yes, but DA is unnecessarily slow and boring, with horrible combat and graphics added on. It has nothing going for it.
Now watch as the morons with a very limited attention span pick out the one graphics comment and get all pissy.

I hate wow also and I think Dragon Age is a piece of crap :). I like immersive and mature (in an actual sense) RPGs. I think Mass Effect 2 is boring also. I liked Mass Effect 1 and many old school RPGs and still play them. It's actually a loss that new generation of gamers are growing up with streamlined and inferior RPGs compared to what used to be published in late 90s -2000.

you really are short on brain cells, there are only two endings, you assume the malachor throne or you destroy malachor, the other aspects of the game don't change the ending. Whereas with dragon age you have many different endings because they actually change the final scenes. i have played wow, it really sucked crap and i only used the word "shit" twice, you're just some kid who thinks he's a hardout, and if you're not a kid I'm worried that your intelligence seems to reflect one.

So i must say it. This game i had play 3 days THREE DAYS then i won the game. Its a bad story your always handicaped you don't become the 40th level no monster respawn you can do nothing in the game. I wasted my money 50€. Thanks a lot. The only thing i liked in this game is the armor and weapons. DRAGON AGE is much much much much ............ better than this.

Hmmm I've seen some gameplay videos and the fact is that Dragon Age is far better than this one. And when you see how they made the dialog between characters in the game... terrible. I hope the graphics are good.
Games like this one - RPGs need to adopt the dialogue style from Mass Effect not just simply put 2 people and talk... the characters need to move to interact with the place...
It's like talking to a puppet in this game.... you don't feel close to the character whatsoever.

i gave the English demo a try. Im not impressed at all with the game. The graphics are mediocre and jittery while moving around. It doesnt seem to be polished at all. I know its just a "demo," but the game was released a while ago in Europe, so is the demo just a demo or a real glimpse of the final product? Dragon Age blows this game away...
