ok i just saw it a few minutes ago and OMG!!!!! this is the first romantic movie that really touch me and almost cry! because im NOT a corny person but damn this is a romance film i really recommend and besides the music, photography, actors and costumes are awsome
I forbid myself to dream the whole day long but at night, when I stare at the ceiling, there are shapes of dreams drawing a beautiful figure in the half-light and I hear those words /watch?v=qL-L8ExX3kQ
“I am certain of nothing but of the holiness of the Heart's affections and the truth of Imagination - What the imagination seizes as Beauty must be truth - whether it existed before or not - for I have the same idea of all our passions as of love: they are all, in their sublime, creative of essential beauty. “
November 22nd, 1817 – letter of John Keats to Benjamin Bailey
So naughty ;) In that time, to show any affection to one you weren't married to was wrong. But kissing? They might as well have been having sex on the street as far as people would have been concerned :P I like it :D
Wonderful movie. Beautiful scene. Every woman should have a poet if they want true romance. Only a poet can fully understand it's true meaning and show it.
this movie is one of the most romantic movies I've ever seen! Though there are just this light and little kisses on the mouth, this movie is pure love! You can really feel the connection between them and the love they share! This movie is a jewel, too bad that it is not that known and famous (at least not in Germany; it was a coincidence that I foundit in the store where I bought it) But I am so in love with this movie and I will watch it again and again..
I LOVE THIS MOVIE!! It was pure love. The part where she got the news about his death... GOODNESS! I cried with her.... :'( This movie was just put together so beautifully... I want a love like that except my John Keats won't die... :)
That was such a beautiful scene. This film was perfect and I watched it straight away, after I had finished it the first time. This kiss is amazing, I want a Keats. D:
This is my most favourite scene in the movie! The first point I cried, and then the rest of the movie was peer bawling. Their love was so beautiful, ugh I am so amazed by it! sigh
This movie is wonderful story young man and a beautiful woman that had such love for the man she loved and losed in death. Thank you for posting. My husband git this movie for valentine's Day. I enjoyed it very much. It made me tear a the end.

Keats: I had such a dream last night! I was floating above the trees, with my lips connected to those of a beautiful figure. For what seemed like an age, flowery treetops sprung up beneath us and we um, rested on them, with the lightness of a cloud.
Fanny:Who was the figure?
Keats: [Sighs] I must have had my eyes closed, because, I can't remember.
Didn't know Keats had red hair! Do u know when Bright Star is going to b realeased in the uk-thought it was in November but none of my local cinemas have it!
Must see this! Anyone know when it will be released on dvd or on the internet? It was in and out of the theatre in my town before I could get down there to see it. :(
just saw this film today with a friend. This movie brought tears to my eyes and his poems are so enchanting and moving! Lovely acting and love the cinematography
