  • I forbid myself to dream the whole day long but at night, when I stare at the ceiling, there are shapes of dreams drawing a beautiful figure in the half-light and I hear those words /watch?v=qL-L8ExX3kQ

  • “I am certain of nothing but of the holiness of the Heart's affections and the truth of Imagination - What the imagination seizes as Beauty must be truth - whether it existed before or not - for I have the same idea of all our passions as of love: they are all, in their sublime, creative of essential beauty. “

November 22nd, 1817 – letter of John Keats to Benjamin Bailey

  • So naughty ;) In that time, to show any affection to one you weren't married to was wrong. But kissing? They might as well have been having sex on the street as far as people would have been concerned :P I like it :D

  • i wish that i could find romance like that! *sigh*

  • Her hair drove me crazy the entire movie. That middle-part that goes all the way down her head...UGH.

  • I love this movie... so sad but... so beautiful..

  • Too bad we can't all have a Romantic poet as a boyfriend.

  • @DizzyMissRomi and even when we do he is so in love that he can't write a poem *sighs*

  • That's one of the most touching kisses I've ever seen!!!! I've already seen this movie three times, but I still shiver when I see this scene!

  • Wonderful movie. Beautiful scene. Every woman should have a poet if they want true romance. Only a poet can fully understand it's true meaning and show it.

  • this movie is one of the most romantic movies I've ever seen! Though there are just this light and little kisses on the mouth, this movie is pure love! You can really feel the connection between them and the love they share! This movie is a jewel, too bad that it is not that known and famous (at least not in Germany; it was a coincidence that I foundit in the store where I bought it) But I am so in love with this movie and I will watch it again and again..

  • wow , i'm sure he was a lovely kisser

  • Beautiful! I am not a native speaker, can someone write this dialogue, please? I don't understand everything.

  • @bracelet1000

Keats: I had such a dream last night! I was floating above the trees, with my lips connected to those of a beautiful figure. For what seemed like an age, flowery treetops sprung up beneath us and we um, rested on them, with the lightness of a cloud.

    Fanny:Who was the figure?

Keats: [Sighs] I must have had my eyes closed, because, I can't remember.

Fanny: And yet you remember the treetops?

Keats: Not so well as I remember the lips.

Fanny: Who's lips? Were they my lips?
