i perfer this than CoD MW2, because badcompany makes you feel like your in a battlefield with helis, cars, boats. and you dont heal which makes it more real

no, in BF you have to heal yourself or else you are dead and you can heal all the time you have to wait and it does not heal you completely. in CoD in the other hand you heal automatically all the time.

yes but you have to be sure that you want to use the healer since it can not be used too often for it takes a while to replenish itself.which makes the game a lot more realistic than CoD.
