I am and i mean I AM going to work there when I'm older. I'm a Disney girl and I want to work at Disneyland. Think of the fun they have meeting new people, helping people, and and even probably meeting people that go to the park 5 times a year! It wouldn't even feel like work I bet ya. *sigh* Disney magic, my ultimate dream.

This is where my friends and I always disagree At Disney. I could spend all day interacting with the Cast Members whereas they bypass everything to get to the thrill rides. Its the Cast Members that make Disney extra magical

@thetony458 hahaha i know how you feel. i've never interacted much with cast members besides taking a photo or two (i was a shy child). but now, boy when i get my disney annual pass, my friends and i could spend days hanging out with cast members. from what i've seen, it's awesome fun...like i could say I just raced Peter Pan or laughed with the Mad Hatter or danced with Rapunzel.

I love being a cast member, although I am seasonal now and I work at the Tomorrowland Speedway I will be moving to Orlando after I graduate this semester, I can't wait!! My dream is to one day have a 15 or 20 year Disney pin! I experience magic everyday I work there and I want to make magic as long as I can, because Disney magic is real and if you are a cast member you can create it!

I was a cast member in the Disney College Program at Disneyland..... let me tell you, even though you get paid and you get scheduled to work, I don't consider it a "job". I really don't. I went to Disneyland everyday to have fun. Being a cast member is truly one of the best "jobs" out there. I absolutely loved it and I definitely want to work for the Mouse again when I graduate.

You know, you can get tatoos removed by a doctor; I don't know how much it costs but you can still try to get a job for Disney. Hey, I say go for your dreams no matter how much you think you "can't". My motto is 'believe in yourself and anything is possible!'

My dream is to work at Disneyland CA and I've worked 5 long years to make that dream come true; just last month, I finally applied for a job at Disneyland!

Here's hoping both of our dreams come true!

I'm from southeast asia never been in disneyland in my wholelife for 21 years since my birth but after watching some of the videos including this one about disneyland, oh I wish I could work there. I work in transportation in Monorails and get to move every guest either entering the park and getting to wish them well or on their way out and I get to here what a great time they had I love my job.

Being a Cast Member is the best job in the world. I originally started at Yacht & Beach on Front Desk in the summer of 2007. Now I am at the Grand Floridian Resort continuing to make dreams come true for our guests. Kids: Dreams do come true!!

@LMann32869 Damnit, the Grand Floridian hotel is my favorite WDW hotel ever and I'd love to work front desk. However, I called them recently and apparently there's a waiting list of people wanting front desk jobs. Is there any other way to go about getting one? :-( (PS: I'm a 2007 CP alumnus, so I know my way around the World, so to speak.)

Disney Cast Members are incredible people with massive hearts. There's a reason why they work at such an amazing place. Each of these folks are shining jewels of that company and are entrusted by us to "Lift peoples spirits" as Art the doorman said. Some of the greatest people in the Disney Company are in this video as they should be. Next time you visit a Disney park spend some time with these magic makers, they will gladly go out of their way to make your moments extra special.
