  • @canttalkshit I would like to add that straight bench also requires you to control the bar yourself, which also makes it harder there too. Ever wonder why dumbbell bench is harder? Assuming you have ever lifted.

  • Nice try but thats not a official bench press, with the helper its probally 225-250 lbs or less. Your formation was horrible you can easily break your back.

    P.S to the people looking for Bruce Lee Bench Press, I have studied the man for 5 years he was able to bench around 280 pounds/ at 135-140 lbs for 8 repititions. Bruce Lee was also able to curl a 115 lb dumbell once at 138 lbs. There is rare photo evidence for both of these.

    i think that's what i get to but i use a smith machine so on a regular bench i could probably only get 200x13 or some were around there.

  • at first  ithought you were gonna move it one inch but you brought it down and back up easily not bad man pretty good. actually impressive to say.

  • @ xshadw this is a smith machine which is almost like a real barbell not much of a difference i do both and my max on a barbell is pretty much the same as on this i just don't have access to one right now so stop hating or upload a video of you doing this
