I know how to get stage 4 parts and unlock all cars i have 190 car from a cheat i downloaded

Dude if you want the HP raised to the Max than Go to tuning, under engine, where it says start boost and end boost, max those out. It will substantially raise your HP. This works on any car with a forced induction package installed, but best on Stage 3 or 4

leave the accelerator wen u jump of and after the car getz down push the accelerator ..or u can even slow down before so that it will not jump...!
