@ThreechTHEdruid No, the bomb shop doesn't start selling the super bomb until you beat Lv6. So, Lv7 is the earliest dungeon you can have the golden sword for, assuming you're doing them in order.
@VictorDs1000 Actually, the yellow one is in the original, too. It's the Gold Sword, which you get by tossing the Tempered (orange) Sword into the Fairy fountain on the Pyramid.

I don't think I appreciated the skill on show here when I first watched. You've mastered that two-hit combo with the spin attack. I could never get that to work reliably. And I certainly don't know how many hits the bosses take.
@Cunnysmythe Two hit spin attacks are much easier to do against this boss because the small eyes will move towards you again after they've been hit once and they don't have much knock back. For most enemies, you have to trap them against a wall or something to keep the knock back from sending them out of range of the second hit.
Yellow? I have the orange sword in this video, which is the Lv.3 Tempered Sword. You get it by leading the lost smith from the Village of Outcasts in the Dark World (he's where the library is in the Light World) back to the smithy in Kakariko Village. After that you can have the two smiths temper your sword.
I know MY eye couldn't take 18 sword slashes... UNREALISTIC. FAKE AND GAY. just kidding

What the heck.. you're stepping in the slime and its not hurting you. I tried that the first time I encounter the eye monster and it took away life.

The slime only does damage if you step up into it past where the darker green slime is. If you stay below that it doesn't hurt you.
